Dr. David Wright

Dr. David Wright is a board-certified, fellowship trained Dermatologist that specializes in Mohs Surgery. Dr. Wright graduated from Creighton University School of Medicine where he was accepted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor society. He went on to train in dermatology at the University of Wisconsin and spent his final year there as chief resident. He received strong surgical training while there. He then went on to complete a dermatologic surgery fellowship in Houston, TX under renowned Mohs surgeon Leonard Goldberg. Dr. Wright has received several honors and awards while serving in leadership roles. He has been involved in service activities including scouting and medical interpreting. He spent 2 years in the Dominican Republic as a missionary and speaks fluent Spanish. He is active in research and most recently has been working on projects evaluating ways to decrease pain and anxiety during Mohs surgery. In his spare time, Dr. Wright's favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife and 3 children. They enjoy swimming, playing sports and traveling together. He is originally from Utah, and enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, and camping. He plays golf and league tennis regularly. He looks forward to meeting you at the Las Colinas office.

Dr. William Posten - Founder

Learn about our founder, William Posten, MD, and why he is the ideal choice to be your Mohs surgeon. Dr. William Posten is a board-certified, fellowship trained Mohs Surgeon practicing in Dallas, Texas. He received his bachelor's degree with honors from Harvard University and his M.D. degree from Yale University. He did his dermatology residency training at Northwestern University. He then completed a combined fellowship in Mohs Surgery and Procedural Dermatology at University of Texas Southwestern. Dr. Posten currently serves as President of the Dallas Ft Worth Dermatological Society. He previously served as Secretary-Treasurer of this prestigious organization. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of both the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology, and a member of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery. Dr. Posten authors original research on novel surgical techniques and his findings are regularly presented in national surgical meetings. Recently, Dr. Posten has been featured on Top Docs of DFW, a television program highlighting the leading physicians of Dallas Ft-Worth show on channel 33 KDAF-TV. Dr. Posten is on medical staff at Medical Cities Hospital of Dallas, Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Baylor Hospital of Irving, and Zale Lipshy Hospital of Dallas. He teaches medical students and residents surgical skills at UT Southwestern Hospital, Parkland Hospital and the Dallas Veterans Affairs Hospital. Dr. Posten specializes in the treatment of skin cancers and other skin tumors. Dr. Posten believes in a compassionate, caring philosophy that is reflected in the clinical care that he provides. Michael Kelly-Sell

Dr. Kelly-Sell was a Gamble Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed a Doris Duke Clinical Research Fellowship during medical school. Upon graduation he was awarded the Clinical/Translational Research award for his research on cutaneous lymphoma. After medical school, he completed residency at the University of Michigan and then a dermatologic surgery fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina-which includes extra training in the laser treatment of vascular lesions and sclerotherapy. Dr. Kelly-Sell is a fellow the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society of Dermatological Surgery. He is highly skilled in sclerotherapy, laser ablation, vein stripping, and endoscopic vein ablation. He believes in putting patients first and caring for patients with empathy, which is reflected in the clinical care that he provides. He currently resides in Las Colinas with his family and they enjoy going for walks and spending time outdoors. Dr. Kelly-Sell was a co-captain of his tennis team in college and still plays regularly in his free time. He looks forward to meeting you at the Las Colinas office.
