Mr. Steinberg is President (Québec Region) for the Janitorial business segment and his responsibilities include managing GDI's cleaning operations in the Québec market. He is also responsible for the management and expansion of the Company's Franchise Group, which includes Modern Cleaning Concept L.P. Prior to joining GDI, Mr. Steinberg developed long-term growth strategies and led large M&A initiatives for Iron Mountain. He also worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co., helping retailers improve their profitability through banner optimization, and working with financial institutions to negotiate information technology purchases and facilitating implementation. Mr. Steinberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from McGill University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Mr. Vukovic joined GDI in August 2020 after a 23-year career in various IT leadership and digital transformation roles. He is responsible for establishing and leading the delivery of GDI's digital and data strategy and transformation. Prior to joining GDI, Mr. Vukovic worked for Centrica PLC, a global residential and commercial energy and services firm, where he was the Global Head of Digital Field systems, Head of North American Services IT and led the global IT M&A due diligence, integration and divestiture functions. Mr. Vukovic is a graduate of York University in Toronto.

Mr. Marcoux joined GDI in November 2021 as Chief Legal Officer & Secretary. From January 2019 to January 2021, he served as Senior Vice-President and Chief Legal Officer & Secretary with IPL Plastics Inc., a company with international operations listed on the TSX. From December 2016 to January 2019, he was Vice-President, Legal Affairs and Secretary at Laurentian Bank of Canada where he managed the Legal Department. From 2006 to 2016, he worked at Quebecor Inc. where he occupied various positions including as Senior Director, M&A and Financing and Corporate Secretariat where he led several M&A transactions to complete the transition of the company from a printing company to a telecommunications company. Mr. Marcoux is a graduate from Université Laval and a member of the Quebec Bar since 2000.

Mr. Rudin joined GDI in January of 2015 as the President and CEO of its manufacturing and product distribution subsidiary, Superior Solutions Ltd. He has spent the last 30 years in the chemical manufacturing and distribution businesses. Starting out with his family at Huntington Labs which was sold to Ecolab, Craig went on to manage the Canadian Professional Products business for Ecolab, a multinational chemical manufacturing business, later moving to their head office in Minnesota where he lead their business development and M&A activities for their cleaning segment. In 2002, Craig joined Unisource Worldwide, a $6 billion wholesale distribution business when Bain Capital purchased the business from Georgia Pacific Corporation. Prior to joining GDI, Craig was the CEO for the Americas for Asia Pulp and Paper's tissue division. He has extensive international business experience in turn-around management, sales and marketing, manufacturing, M&A and business development. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Carleton University and is a graduate of the executive management program at the Wharton School of Business.

Mr. Stanford joined Ainsworth Inc. in November 2016, following Ainsworth's acquisition of Direct Energy Business Services Limited and became President shortly thereafter. In June 2019, Mr. Stanford was appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ainsworth Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Stanford held the position of President of Direct Energy Business Services Limited from 2013 to 2016. Prior to his role at Direct Energy Business Services Limited, Mr. Stanford held various management positions with several companies involved in the maintenance and repair of building systems. He was regional Director of Honeywell from 1990 to 1995; Senior Manager of Stannair, Enbridge and Direct Energy Business Services Limited from 1995 to 2006. Subsequently, he was general manager of HA Mechanical from 2006 to 2009 and President of Modern Niagara HVAC Services from 2009 to 2013 before joining Direct Energy Business Services Limited in 2013 as President. Mr. Stanford attended the College of Trade St. John's in the Electrical Technology program.

Mr. Hinchey joined GDI in 2014 as its Senior Vice President, Strategic Development after a 14 year career in the investment banking industry, and currently serves as GDI's Executive Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Managing Partner of Milton Capital Partners Ltd., an advisory firm providing mergers and acquisitions and capital markets advisory services to public and private companies, where he specialized in the facility services industry for several years and provided merger and acquisition advisory services to the Company since 2011. From 2009 to 2011, Mr. Hinchey served as Managing Director, Investment Banking of Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. At the Company, he is responsible for the Company's mergers and acquisitions activities and strategic business initiatives. Mr. Hinchey holds an MBA from McGill University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Edwards joined the GDI team in 2013 as President, Western Canada, and during the period from 2013 to 2018, GDI became the largest cleaning services provider in the Western Canada region. In 2019, Mr. Edwards moved on from his previous role to become the Chief Marketing Officer for the GDI group of companies. Mr. Edwards has over 40 years of experience in the cleaning services industry. Prior to joining GDI, he was the President & CEO of Servpro Cleaning (Calgary) Inc., which he grew to become one of the largest cleaning services providers in Alberta. Mr. Edwards has served as a Board Member for BOMA Calgary, and is currently a board member for the BOMA Calgary Foundation. He is an active member of the Calgary community and supports multiple charities around the city.

Mr. Trottier is Executive Vice-president after having served as President (Québec Region) for the Janitorial business segment for a number of years. Mr. Trottier is a highly qualified manager with more than 35 years of experience in senior management positions in commercial real estate, the hotel industry and retail sales. Throughout his career, he has acquired a multidisciplinary expertise, particularly in the areas of operations management, human and financial resources, and strategic planning. Mr. Trottier worked at GDI as Chief Financial Officer from March 2009 until October 2012 following which he acted as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of Kevlar Group Inc., a real estate developer and manager in Québec. He was also Vice-President, Finance and Administration of a major real estate developer, builder and manager in the Montreal region specializing in retirement homes. Mr. Trottier currently serves as a Board member of the Parity Committee for Building Services (Montréal Region) and of the Québec Building Service Contractors Association (Q.B.S.C.A). Mr. Trottier graduated with a degree in business management from the University of Sherbrooke in 1982 and is a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec (CPA).

Mr. Lavigne joined GDI in September 2016 after a year with IPL Inc., where he occupied the positions of Executive Vice-President and CFO from July 2014 to July 2015 and President and CEO following the sale of the company from August 2015 to October 2015. Prior to his tenure at IPL Inc., Mr. Lavigne held the position of Senior Vice-President, Corporate Business Development and M&A from January 2014 to June 2014 and Vice-President, Strategic Initiatives, Finance and IT from June 2012 to December 2013 with Superior Energy Group, a subsidiary of Superior Plus Corp. Mr. Lavigne joined Supremex Inc. in 1991 and occupied various positions including Vice-President and CFO from January 1996 to May 2012.
