Ground Breaker Homes (GBH) is a home builder specializing in the construction of spec, build-to-order, and custom homes. We were founded in 2010 and are currently based in Clive, Iowa. We have built more than 150 homes in more than a dozen communities, we are proud to be known as one of Central Iowa's best home builders... Ground Breaker Homes is a sister company to Diligent Development Group. Diligent has assembled and developed a variety of single family and multifamily subdivisions throughout Central Iowa. This partnership allows GBH to collaborate with Diligent to identify lots before they are available to the marketplace.
