Represents the interests of patients, carers and their families in NSW. We believe in shaping a health system that listens to, respects, partners with and values health consumers. We are a not-for-profit organisation and registered health charity... As a membership-based, independent, not-for-profit organisation, we promote and practise consumer engagement in the NSW health sector. We create meaningful partnerships between consumers, the health sector and policy-makers... We do not offer a personal advocacy service and we don't handle personal complaints about a health service you received. But we can help you to find the right person to talk to.
