The quality of our grapes at harvest is the result of our attention to detail throughout the growing season. From using a trellising system that allows us to use the heat degrees that our prairie region offers, to managing crop production, we produce a fruit that we can be confident is at its' prime when it is picked. It can then be on to the wine making process where skill, science, and the winemaker's artistic style, combine to bring you Hinterland Vineyard's best wines... At Hinterland, our vineyard and winery are part of a growing, sustainable industry. We are a winery with the ability to adapt and change with the future... We would like to invite you to stop out and step into a piece of wine country in MINNESOTA seasonally open March through December! We are proud to offer award winning Minnesota wines, grown, produced and bottled by Hinterland. We offer wine flights, wine by the glass and bottle, wine cocktails, beer and cider, along with a delicious full food menu.
