Helen Mia has a passionate commitment to helping individuals and couples improve how they navigate themselves around the complex relational dynamics and a loss of a mutual emotional responsiveness that can often occur in a relationship. Helen is a fully qualified therapist accredited with the National Society of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a registered member of MBACP... Helen Mia also specialises in: Love Addiction, Heartbreak, Anxious Attachment and Co-dependency and is a Writer, Speaker and Presenter on this subject. She created The Heartbreak Recovery Programme in 2021.
