Brett has experience project managing many multi-million dollar projects since 1997. His project experience ranges from specialist aviation projects at Sydney Airport, to civil maintenance infrastructure, residential and commercial fitout.
Brett is proficient in project start-up processes, design and construction as well as contract preparation, value management, programming, quality assurance and contract administration.
His high level communication skills and attention to detail ensures a high quality final product.
Simon has worked in the construction industry since 1995 and has experience from grass roots construction to development management.
He specializes in strategic planning and has been responsible for the successful delivery of major Sydney base projects including commercial, residential, hotels and retail developments.
Simon has a hands-on approach and has skills in team building. He is goal focused with skills in solving problems both conventionally and laterally.
