My name is Ashley. I am the lead clinical assistant, aka, "Dr. Jaffe's right-hand woman". I supervise all the assistants and keep the clinic (and Dr. Jaffe) running on time. Outside of work I spend most of my time at the dance studio with my daughter Korah who is a competitive dancer. I like to go camping and spend time with friends. Working in the dental field since 2005, I have seen so many amazing smile transformations. I love that orthodontics is always changing and there's always something new to learn!
My name is Jenn, and I have been in orthodontics since 2004. I love orthodontics because I care deeply for our patients and relish the opportunity to help them achieve "the love"! When I'm not in the office, I enjoy being by the water, and making memories with my son Jaxson.

My name is Joyce and I have been in the orthodontic field for 23 years. I started as a scheduling coordinator and later moved to the role of treatment coordinator. I have the pleasure of meeting with new patients and their families at their first appointment with us. I educate the patients about orthodontics and their treatment options. My favorite part of the job is meeting new people and I love watching their smiles transform. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband Scott, daughter Brooke and son Collin. I love to travel and spend many weekends in Maine with my family enjoying all the outdoor activities.
My name is Lauren and I previously worked in general dentistry before joining Dr. Jaffe's team. Dr. Jaffe says that I learn very quickly, and that I have a great natural understanding of the principles of orthodontics…. he calls me a "unicorn"! I love orthodontics because it allows me to help kids overcome their fears, and I enjoy seeing the changes in them throughout their time with us. I have 2 cats, enjoy singing, playing guitar and love to kayak when the weather is nice.
My name is Melissa, and I have been in orthodontics for over 20 years. I have really enjoyed watching our patients grow up and love how happy they are when they get their braces off. I live in Warren with my husband and 2 boys, Cory and Connor. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
My name is Nicole, and I have been with Dr. Jaffe since he bought the practice in 2009. I was actually a former patient and decided that I liked it so much that I wanted to stick around. My favorite thing about orthodontics is watching the patients grow up and seeing the smile on their faces when the braces come off. I live in Massachusetts with my husband, Keith, and my 2 children. In my spare time I love camping with family and friends.
My name is Sherry. I started working in orthodontics in 1990 and have actually been working with Dr. Jaffe for over 20 years. I fell in love with orthodontics because we are creating beautiful smiles and I also love that my skills and experience as a dental assistant have an important impact at every single appointment. I married my high school sweetheart in 1997 and am the mother of three grown men. My husband and I enjoy surrounding ourselves with family and music, two things we love very much.
