Anuj is an ex Indian Army officer with experience in front line combat operations. He is a qualified Army Instructor and has trained and assessed several Army Officers and Regiments for combat roles.

Keyur Thakore did his MBA from the USA and has close to 2 decades experience across various industries and functions. Prior to becoming a professional head hunter, he worked in the aerospace, advertising and perfumery industries, the latter being with Firmenich, in the capacity of heading all India marketing and sales. He started Keyur Thakore & Associates (now called KTA Associates) in October 1995 and was associated with IIC Partners for 17 years. He is also a director of an IT company which specializes in HRIS s/w development and is a director of a retail and sales training institute.

Marcelline Alexander Croos is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants - UK (ACMA) and holds a MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He also holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from National Institute of Business Management and a certificate in Personnel Management from SLBDC, Sri Lanka.
Marcelline worked for several years in Unilever Sri Lanka across various functions. He has been a team member in the implementation of demand planning module, 5S, 5S Zone Leader-HR& SC, i-SAP implementation, and implementation path to growth strategy. He has also been a brand board member for VIM, Lux and Surf Excel.
He is a trained TQM implementor and has conducted programs in-house at Unilever, and a Trained TPM (Office) implementor.
Marcelline is a lecturer at several institutes in Sri Lanka namely Imperial College of Business Studies, ICBT for MBA, Sikkim Manipal University, ICBT City Campus - University of Sunderland UK, Edexcel, London Business School - affiliated to Wigan & Leigh College UK, Institute of Chemistry of Sri Lanka. He lectures on a wide variety of topics covering project management, HR management, finance management, business communication, organizational behavior, mergers and acquisitions, management and organizational development, security analysis and portfolio management, finance management, operations management, international trade finance, management in action (MIA), business strategy - strategic level, top CIMA.
Since 2004 he has conducted training programs for local and overseas to banks and other institutions specializing in customer care, emotional intelligence, social skills (team work and communication) and sales negotiation skills.
Sanket is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Pune, and the Indian Military Academy, Dehradun. Along with his Bachelors degree in science from the Jawahar Lal Nehru University, Delhi, he has also undergone various papers and modules on people and material management, leadership, and strategy formation and execution.
After his initial years in the army wherein he was particularly involved with recruitment, training and development, he moved into the retail industry. He has worked on loss making organizations in the furnishings industry and turned them into profit centers. He has held the designation of executive director for a retail chain.
Immediately prior to his coming on board with KTA, he was associated with a retail giant and launched the first of its kind large format store in India on 'home concept' including, the launch of its new brand.
Sanket heads the Retail Practice Group at KTA.
Sudhir Chaudhari was born in India and completed his Engineering from IIT Powai specializing in metallurgical engineering and has subsequently participated in a number of programs on various aspects of management, conducted, among others, by ISB (Indian School of Business) and IIM Ahmedabad. He has delivered lectures on management subjects at a management school in Pune.
He has worked with MNC's and large global Indian companies and has grown through the manufacturing route having experience in metal fabrication, welding consumables, PVC & PU processing, electrical power transmission products, integrated automobile manufacturing and the automotive component industry. He has direct experience in acquisitions, collaboration and setting up a JV.
In the course of his career he has been part of industry associations and has been active in presenting the industry view point in various fora.
