KUMQUAT BBQ RESTAURANT TRA QUE

Our restaurant & cooking class is located out amongst the extensive herb gardens of the Tra Que organic vegetable village. The name Kumquat is a fruits great for use in cooking, juices and/ or for marmalades. The tree is shurb like and is similar to an orange tree in appearance. It is a prolific bearer and very decorative because of the green leaves and brilliant orange fruit.The plant symbolize good luck in our country, where it is kept as a houseplant and given as a gift during the Lunar New Year... Kumquat BBQ and Cooking Class Restaurant is owned by the family with three generation, Thanh (Victor) is the chef with over 15 years experience of cooking, his wife is the best waitress and bartender ever, almost herbs and vegetable they use from Tra Que Village where they live.
