Lane E. Bender is a seasoned trial and appellate litigator. Most recently, Mr. Bender has expanded his area of emphasis to include serving as General Counsel for several related commercial real estate and property management companies doing business throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and other states... Mr. Bender's General Counsel duties include: Contract review, management of litigation (business, employment, general liability) and alternative dispute resolution; Advising CEOs and management on legal and insurance-related matters; Facilitating conflict resolution; Quickly learning and advising on new areas of the law to meet the demands of multi-state multi-faceted businesses; Working with Human Resources, Tax, Finance, Accounting and Collections personnel and vendors in risk management, cost-control measures and overall strategic planning.
