Fred Mancini

Fred Mancini has over 20 years of experience in the insurance and finance business. After graduating from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Finance Management, Fred started his career at Prudential Securities and Equitable Insurance Company, where he obtained his securities, life and health insurance licenses. The position provided him with extensive training in asset allocation, insurance and estate planning. A motivated young entrepreneur, Fred started an asset management and financial planning company called Strategic Asset Management in 1996. Later, in 2002, he co-founded a joint venture named Investment Concepts, where he currently serves as president and branch manager. Fred created LifeServ Partners with the goal of bringing his service and expertise to his network and to create an easier, more efficient way for professionals to access the insurance market and serve their clients better. Fred has been happily married to his wife Debbie for 15 years and has 4 children. A proud family man, he enjoys coaching his children's sports and likes to unwind by spending his spare time on the golf course or fishing at a quiet stream.

Steven F. Montemarano

Steven F. Montemarano is a graduate of Rutgers University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Statistics with a minor in Economics. He began his journey in the insurance world being in charge of retirement benefit plans at Integrity Financial. Steven remained involved with financial services during the formation of Hamilton Financial, where he was responsible for the pricing of Premium Financing and Life Settlement Policies. His attention to detail and highly technical mindset have proven to be instrumental in developing the unique and useful range of financial products for which Hamilton Financial was known. Steven subsequently co-founded Investment Concepts with Fred Mancini in 2002. The great synergies in working together on their own insurance consulting business inspired Fred and Steven to create LifeServ Partners.
