Derek Sandison joined Landmark Decisions Inc. to expand on the firm's Performance Alignment advisory services. Derek has worked extensively with Landmark over the years as an independent consultant and has provided performance and operational management services and facilitation to over one hundred companies internationally. During that time, Derek founded Sapling Corporation, a Canadian software company focused on business modeling solutions. He has been a subject matter expert for the Consortium for Advanced Management International (CAM-I) for many years. Derek has degrees in Mathematics and Operations Research and is based in Toronto, Canada.

Mike Haley is President and Founder of Landmark Decisions Inc. Mike has worked with clients worldwide in the training, technology transfer, and general application of performance, operational and cost management to the government, telecommunication, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food processing, distribution, and financial service industries. Prior to founding Landmark, Mike worked in both technical and operations management for an international manufacturing company and was also involved in technical services management with a Canadian based contract research firm. Mike holds a Masters degree in Chemistry from Dalhousie University and is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
