We welcome Adriana Dispigno, a Medical Assistant of 5 years, as well as a licensed Aesthetician. She graduated from Kaplan with a Medical Assistant degree where she became a licensed Aesthetician. She has been in love with skincare all of her life and she has such a huge passion for the plastic surgery industry. Adriana loves giving hydra-facials/medical grade facials, derma-planing, chemical peels, micro-needling, Laser treatments and anything else your skin might need. When she is not in the office, she loves spending time with her family. She resides in Ridley, Pa with her husband Sean and 4 year old son. She looks forward to continuing to help others and meeting tons of new faces along the way!

We are excited to have Kim join We are excited to welcome Amelia to Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery. With a bachelor's degree in psychology from Loyola University and a background in hospitality and marketing, Amelia's expertise in marketing and social media adds an exciting dimension to our practice. Amelia followed her passion for healthcare and aesthetics and is taking evening classes for a second bachelor's degree in nursing. Her dedication to patient care and interest in the field of plastic surgery makes her an asset to our team. Amelia lives locally and enjoys skiing, playing golf and traveling in her free time. Angelica Rossino has long experience as a Medical Aesthetician. She is certified by the State Board of Cosmetology In Pennsylvania and has advanced her cosmetics training to classes in Advanced Medical Aesthetics. Angelica is accomplished in providing a variety of treatments including dermaplanning, Microneedling, Microdermabrasion, TCA peels, and various chemicals peels.
Angelica is trained and qualified to perfom those procedures typical of a Dermatological Aesthetician including Laser Therapy: Fractionated (Pixel) , Intensed Pulsed Light (IPL), ClearLift and Radio Frequency. Angelica's experience allows her to combine treatments for optimal results. Her vast knowledge with products also gives her great enthusiasm to serve her clients in achieving better results. Angelica is dedicated to her clients care and very conscientious in treatment follow up. Angelica is passionate about beautiful complexion and giving her patients the best results. She is thrilled to be a part of the Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery team.
We would like to introduce our medical-licensed aethetician, Bridget Sullivan. Bridget has over 18 years of experience in aesthetic skin care. She specializes in addressing skin conditions like acne, aging, and sun-damaged skin. From customized facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, to laser services, Bridget takes pride in each treatment she performs. Bridget has sought out to get the best training in cosmetics and aesthetic skin care. She has always had a passion for skin care and dedicates her education to providing clients a science-based approach to caring for their beauty and skin care needs. Focused on positive client relations, Bridget enjoys working with patients on a regular basis. With a keen eye for detail, a passion for knowledge, and a remarkable, intuitive ability, you know you are in loving, capable and responsible hands.

Dr. Ryan S. Hoffman is a double board certified Plastic Surgeon, who first came to the Main Line Area to attend Haverford College. He completed his medical school at Thomas Jefferson University and has been serving the Main Line Hospitals since. After finishing his surgical residency at Lankenau Medical Center, he trained at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he completed his plastic surgery fellowship. He was exposed to a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Ryan S. Hoffman offers a comprehensive range of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures. He performs state-of-the-art surgical and non-surgical procedures, personalizing every treatment to the individual patient. He is especially adept at cosmetic procedures in the office under local anesthesia.
Dr. Ryan S. Hoffman has established the Main Line Institute at Lankenau Medical Center. He is the only full time plastic surgeon with offices there. He has been recognized by his peers as the #1 overall Plastic Surgeon at Main Line Today's "Top Docs" for the past 5 years and a "Top Doc'' since 2011. He has the privilege to be a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University. He also volunteers his time to the podiatry program at PCOM. He is a member of many of the top societies in plastic surgery including: American Society of Plastic Surgery, American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeon, and the exclusive American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
He specializes in cosmetic improvement of both the face and body: Facelift, Cosmetic eyelid surgery, Tummy tucks, and Breast augmentation. He has also had extensive training in post-bariatric surgery and body contouring. Although a majority of cosmetic surgery is performed on women, a growing number of men are choosing cosmetic surgery. As the son of a doctor, Dr. Ryan S. Hoffman understood the demands of a career in medicine from a very early age. He developed a deep respect for the life-altering results achieved by the surgical specialties. This admiration and understanding led him to pursue a career in surgery. It is this love for his profession that fosters a positive, supportive, and pleasant environment with deep concern for his patients.
Dr. Ryan S. Hoffman and his family live in the Main Line Philadelphia area. In his free time, Dr Hoffman enjoys watching Philadelphia sports teams, cross-training, as well as playing on the beach with his children.
Heather has been a nurse for 17 years. She has worked in a variety of nursing specializes, recovery room being her favorite. She is a Penn State graduate with a bachelors degree in nursing. A few years ago, Heather wanted to add to her career with a side passion of making people feel confident about themselves. It was then that she decided to embrace this career path. Her belief is that confidence and self-esteem are intertwined. Smoothing wrinkles, lip rejuvenation, and micro needling are just a few of her specialties. I'm sure her friendly personality and infectious smile will make your experience everything you envision. We are thrilled to have her join our team at the Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery Med Spa.

We are proud to welcome Jordanna Ufberg to The Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery. Jordanna (Jordy) is a Board Certified Aesthetician, trained in the Glymed product line. She is skilled in the techniques of chemical peels, customized facials, aromatherapy and body waxing. She has been fully trained on the lasers by Alma Lasers.
Jordy holds an Undergraduate Marketing degree from Yeshiva University/Sy Syms School of Business and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Her skills in marketing coupled with her knowledge of emotional, social, and physical health care makes her a valuable acquisition for our team. As an Aesthetician, we are confident that Jordy will be able to work with our patients in creating a treatment plan for their complex skin care goals. Jordy is dedicated to the skincare field and continues to train in the latest techniques.
She is originally from Pennsylvania and has strong family ties to the greater Philadelphia area. She and her family moved "back home" after experiencing the cold winters of Maine and the blistering summers of Arizona. In her free time, Jordy can be found spending time with her husband, Paul, their four children and their Golden Retriever. She is an avid runner and enjoys traveling.
We welcome Joy Hoffman to Main Line Institute for Plastic Surgery as the office coordinator. She coordinates the insurance, patient billing, and financial affairs. When Dr. Hoffman went into private practice, Joy was by his side to help him establish and create the unique practice that it is today. Joy has a Bachelors of Science from The George Washington University and a Master's of Science from Temple University. Her training in communications has enabled Joy to establish a high level of customer service skills. Joy is always happy to answer any of your insurance or billing questions. We are excited to have Kim join Main Line Institute of Plastic Surgery. She is a Towson University graduate with a Masters Degree in Education. After a career in education, she followed her passion and moved into the field of plastic surgery. She lives locally with her husband and two children. We are pleased to welcome Lauren Demech to the Mainline Institute of Plastic Surgery. Lauren is a medical aesthetician and licensed practical nurse with 12+ years of clinical nursing experience. She has worked in various settings throughout her nursing career, including: long-term care, sub-acute/rehab, and home health. All of which, has helped to mold her into the knowledgeable, compassionate, and well-rounded nurse she is today.
Lauren is as passionate about skincare as she is health and wellness. So, her decision to return to school for aesthetics two years ago, made perfect sense. After completing the program, Lauren continued to work as a nurse on an as needed basis and began working at a spa. While she loved the spa setting, her goal was to merge her passions, which is ultimately what led her to our practice. She believes that a healthy complexion is a reflection of total wellness, both internally and externally. She understands the complexity of creating the right combinations of skin care and advanced treatments to address specific concerns and promote overall skin health. Lauren is dedicated to creating healthy and beautiful skin for all of her clients. She is a wonderful addition to our team.
