The Maple Family Health Team (Maple) is a primary health care organization that brings together family doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other professionals to provide and coordinate the best possible primary care for patients... With deep respect, Maple Family Health Team acknowledges that we are on the traditional homeland of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat, and is grateful to these nations for the care and stewardship over this shared land. We acknowledge that the Kingston and Southeastern Ontario region is home to a diverse group of First Nation, Inuit, and Métis peoples who come from many different Nations and communities across Turtle Island. We are thankful to share, grow, and learn on these lands... Maple provides programs and services to augment the care provided to you by your family physician.
