Mr van Vuuren holds a degree in Management: Financial, Administration and Human Resources from UNISA and has been involved in the construction industry his entire professional career, managing the finances of various construction companies during this time.
Mr Strydom studied Civil Engineering at the Tshwane University of Technology during the early 1990s and joined M Civils in 2008.
He has extensive knowledge in tendering procedures and contractual obligations. He is responsible for the contract administration of all the company's projects.
Mr de Kock has more than 30 years experience in the construction field and has extensive knowledge on bulk earthworks, infrastructure development and other civil engineering contracts.
Mr de Kock completed his National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering in 1987 and also holds a certificate in Business Management from the University of Potchefstroom.
Mr de Kock holds a B.Eng degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pretoria and is a professionally registered engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
He has been working part time at M Civils (Pty) Ltd since his first year at university (2004) and, after receiving his degree, joined the company permanently. Through hard work and implementation of successful systems in the company, he reached his current position in 2017.
Mr Stone has been in the construction industry since 1995. He started in the industry as a student in civil engineering. By ongoing studies and experience, he has qualified himself as a very capable commercial manager in his years in construction.
He holds a National Diploma in Civil Engineering from TUT, a Diploma in Business Management from Damelin Management School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Programme Management from the Cranefield School for Programme and Project Management.
Mr Tshivula has been in the construction field since 1986. He was trained as a civil engineering laboratory assistant, but due to his knowledge of construction, has excelled in the field of managing construction projects.
Mr Steyn has been involved in construction projects since 2001. He commenced his career in construction as a sub-contractor to Bafokeng Civils. From 2003 to 2011 he held positions relating to the management of plant and equipment at various companies and mining entities.
He is qualified in construction management, legal liability issues and hazard and risk identification.
Mr Hattingh is responsible for the Health and Safety Management of the company.
He has extensive knowledge in the HR and OHS fields as applied in civil engineering and have been in the construction sector since 2011. Mr Hattingh is registered with the SACPCMP (South African Council for the Projects and Construction Management Professions).
