We are within a 5-minute driving distance to the centre city shopping, Caroline Bay, Aigantighe Art Gallery and the Aquatic Centre... The new north wing was opened in December 2018 and added a further 14 superior studio units with a selection of king-size, queen-size and single beds. The new wing has a communal kitchen, suited for large groups or individuals who require full kitchen facilities... The south wing is above Ascot Sportshouse & Eatery,where our standard studios are located. Reception is located in the north wing, where our superior studios are located, next to night n day. There is ample parking on site and off street parking for trucks. The location being on the northern edge of Timaru it is very convenient for corporate travellers, contractors, truck driver and families alike.
