Bernadette Butler is an experienced Career Performance Coach, working both on a 1:1 basis with clients, facilitating career transition workshops and supporting people through change. Her mission is to significantly enhance the quality of careers and lives of the clients she works with - applying appropriate techniques, skill-sets and strategies to help them achieve meaningful career objectives. She is passionate about helping people achieve all they are capable of achieving on a professional and personal basis. An accredited Trainer and Facilitator with membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Irish Institute of Training & Development. She also holds a Masters in HR Management & Leadership, an Honours Degree in Business Studies, a Diploma in Employment Law (IBEC) and a Diploma in Business, Executive & Personal Coaching (Coaching Institute of Ireland).
Qualified to Masters level in Human Resource Management and having achieved Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I have over 20 years experience in the area of Human Resources. Coupled with a specialism in the area of Recruitment, I have had operational experience of Training + Development and contributed strategically to more general Human Resources initiatives such as Compensation & Benefits, HR Operational Excellence, HRIS, Reward & Recognition, Talent Management, Communications etc.
