ORLANDO PACHECO

Orlando Pacheco was appointed Town Administrator for the Town of Georgetown on January 1, 2022. Prior to that he had served as Town Administrator for the Town of Lancaster since May of 2017. From 2014 until his appointment in Lancaster Mr. Pacheco was the Purchasing Director and Energy Manager for the City of Haverhill. Orlando also initially served as Lancaster Town Administrator from March of 2005 until June 30, 2014. Prior to serving as Town Administrator, Mr. Pacheco was the Aide to Mayor David T. Hildt of Amesbury Massachusetts. Orlando has also served in various capacities in the Town of Andover and US Social Security Administration. Mr. Pacheco has a Bachelor's Degree from the Univ. of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Master of Public Administration from the Univ. of New Hampshire. Mr. Pacheco is a recipient of Bronze and Silver Congressional Award and is a 2 time Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Orlando is a Massachusetts Certified Public Purchasing Official.
