Kevin Thomson

Kevin keeps Qualitative Coordination in line. He's the behind the scenes man that has his fingers in everything from accounting to technology and from recruiting to supplier management. He has 30 years of experience in the market research industry, half of that time was spent in accounting and half in project support. Starting his career on the finance side gives Kevin a keen focus on accuracy and details along with being a skilled deal maker. He uses these skills to manage supplier relationships and drive value for QC's clients. Kevin has helped QC create an efficient recruiting database and continues to make all aspects of QC more proficient and effective. Day to day, Kevin is involved in reviewing each respondent's criteria to ensure they meet the client's specifications and, liaising between the recruiting team and client along with operating audio/visual technology for the recruiting team.

Tracy Thomson

Tracy believes in the power of exploration and for the past 30 years she has been committed to the world of market research. She is a senior researcher bringing insights and creativity to each project, backed by experience in all aspects of the research process. Tracy has moderated and coordinated thousands of focus group discussions and managed hundreds of quantitative projects. When you work alongside Tracy, you gain a powerful partner. Her years of experience as a moderator bring expertise to the recruiting process that you won't find anywhere else. Each project with QC sees Tracy directly involved and responsible for your project's successful outcome, from start to finish. Tracy holds the designation of CMRP (Certified Market Research Professional), and is a RIVA trained moderator. Tracy is a professional member of the Marketing Research & Intelligence Association (MRIA) and was the founding President of the Alberta Chapter. She is well versed in the areas of international research, concept testing, advertising testing, non profit, client satisfaction, needs assessments, employee satisfaction, new market entry, public opinion, product redesign evaluations, communications, feasibility studies, market segmentations and product launches.
