RM Capital Partners ("RMCP") is founded by experts with a combined experience of more than 25 years in investment. The General Partners have extensive business network, track record in private equity, banking, capital markets, financial structuring and performance turnaround experience. The team is a spin-out of the successful Ethos Capital private equity fund manager, with its core team forming RMCP... RMCP's investment strategy is to actively invest through strategic participation and value creation. RMCP will work alongside the management team of investee companies to focus on enhancing the strategic direction and apply governance, financial and operational re-engineering work to drive performance transformation. RMCP aims to invest in businesses that we believe to have intrinsic opportunities embedded within which can be unlocked through its value creation strategies.
