I was fortunate in that the City provided free education. After attending required schools, I graduated from City University of NY and relocated to the Hartford, CT area... My career in IT began in the early 1970's, except back then it was called Data Processing. During that time, I went back to school to get an MBA... Professionally, my career eventually evolved into IT best practice consulting and after 45 years, I am considered an Expert in Service Management. In addition to owning my own consulting firm, over the years I've held senior level positions in several large IT organizations such as IBM, HP, Fujitsu, CA, and Unisys, to name a few.
