Russell Jones completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Valuation and Property Management at Lincoln University as a mature student. He is a Registered Valuer under The Valuers Act 1948 and is a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and holds Associate status within the New Zealand Institute of Valuers. Russell has been valuing since 2001 experienced in residential, commercial and industrial properties, including specialist property types such as Medical Premises, Service Stations and Early Childhood Education Centres (Childcare, Daycare, Kindergartens, Playcentres and Kohanga Reo Centres). His experience covers a range of property types throughout the upper North and South Islands of New Zealand, but predominantly in the Auckland and Northland regions. Prior to joining RTJ Property Professionals, Russell was employed by Bristow Barbour and Walker (now Darroch) from2006, Sheldons from 2003 and Quotable Value from 2001. Russell has also been involved with property management prior to retraining as a Valuer and since.
