Conor Lambe

Conor qualified in 2014 and joined Rutherfords LLP in 2022. He advises private and corporate clients in property and conveyancing transactions, leasing and refinancing matters. Conor has experience in litigation and dispute resolution and has advised in relation to commercial disputes, insolvency matters, enforcement, personal injury and landlord & tenant actions. Conor has advised a number of Irish financial institutions in banking and finance matters, with particular reference to acquisition finance, property financing, restructuring and enforcement of loans and loan portfolio sales and purchases. Conor is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Ireland and advises on will drafting, estate planning and probate applications. Education: UCD, Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL)

David Alexander

Having qualified as a Solicitor in 1978, David has over 40 years' practising experience. He has broad experience in many areas of practice, including property law, landlord and tenant law, corporate and commercial matters, licensing, litigation and private client care. He has in the past lectured and examined in both the Law Society and the Institute of Public Administration. David is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association. Derek Greenlee

Freddie Alexander

With a previous background in Economics, Freddie joined Rutherfords LLP as a trainee in 2012 and qualified in 2014. He advises private and corporate clients in residential and commercial property transactions, as well as on landlord and tenant law matters. He also advises in the areas of litigation, probate, private client care and debt recovery. He is a member of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
