Adam has over 20 years' experience as a corporate and investment funds lawyer, gained with Clifford Chance in London and Dubai, and as the Managing Partner of the East African office of Norton Rose Fulbright.
Since joining TTA, Adam has specialized in advising on the formation, structuring, management and administration of all forms of open-ended investment funds whether funded by debt, equity or hybrids, and advising corporates in connection with joint ventures, venture capital, structured preferred equity capital raises and employee share plan and incentive schemes.
Adam is also highly experienced with regard to regulatory advice and shareholder and management control issues and has advised major global banks, financial institutions and multinational corporations on non-transactional regulatory and compliance issues, in particular, relating to natural resource concessions, licensing, exchange control, currency trading and derivative transactions.
Amanda was called to the Bar in England and Wales in 2007 and as an Attorney in Jamaica in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Amanda worked as a litigation attorney in Jamaica where she focused on dispute resolution and debt collection.
With over ten years' of legal experience within the firm in the Cayman Islands, Amanda has developed a specialized and recognized practice covering the structuring of partnerships, joint ventures and corporations to undertake who all aspects of residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, local land law, investment in and the licensing and regulation of local business operations.
Anna is an experienced litigation and alternative dispute resolution partner with over fifteen years post qualification experience gained under the relevant legal systems of London, Paris, Rome, the Cayman Islands and Jersey, Channel Islands.
Anna's litigation experience includes directors' governance and shareholder disputes; all aspects of insolvency, including cross-border liquidations and international asset tracing actions, enforcement of foreign judgments, arbitral awards and injunctive relief; breach of trust actions, director and trustee liability; insurance and reinsurance claims and engineering and construction disputes.
Anna has also conducted high profile arbitrations and mediations under the auspices of the major ADR bodies, particularly, the ICC, LME, LCIA and AAA and has experience in drafting ADR agreements in accordance with the rules and regulations of those bodies.
Anna has acted in a number of high profile matters, notably representing the Italian government, the French, British and Belgian railways and multi-million dollar listed corporations.

Anthony joined the Firm as Senior Partner in 2012 resuming a long and distinguished Cayman Islands legal career. The Firm was designed to provide the highest quality offshore legal advice on complex transactional matters and without the constraints of hourly rate billing or internal legal fee targets. A Scholar of Cambridge University with a First Class Degree in Law, Anthony had spent 30 years as the Senior Partner and Managing Partner of Maples and Calder advising many of the world's leading financial institutions on offshore transactions.
An expert in all forms of offshore financial structuring, he was the architect of the legislation governing key financial services in the Cayman Islands including the Exempted Limited Partnership Law 1991 and the Mutual Funds Law 1993 which formed the foundation for private equity and investment funds in the Cayman Islands and, in the area of private client, the Fraudulent Dispositions Law 1989. Having advised government on and prepared the Stock Exchange Law 1996, he has served as Chairman of the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange from inception and has advised the Cayman Islands Government on legislative initiatives as a member of the Financial Services Council. Anthony has served as President of the Cayman Islands Law Society and as the Chairman of Cayman Finance, the representative body of the Cayman Islands Financial Services industry.

He was awarded the Order of the British Empire for service to the Cayman Islands Financial Services industry in August 1998.
Anya is a partner in the Corporate and Funds group in our Cayman office and advises on all aspects of corporate, commercial, finance and investment funds law. She joined the firm as a qualified Attorney in 2010 after completing her Articles of Clerkship with the firm.
Anya has extensive experience advising on a broad range of corporate and investment fund matters, including formation, structuring, re-organisation, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation, termination and regulatory and licensing issues.

Bettina joins the firm with a broad range of onshore and offshore experience in London and the Middle East advising clients on a variety of corporate, debt capital markets and finance transactions.
Bettina's work has included advising multinational companies and financial institutions in relation to cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, note and covered bond programs and issuances, as well as a variety of finance transactions.
Bhavesh is an experienced litigator specialising in commercial litigation, shareholder and company disputes, cross-border insolvency, and contentious trusts and private client matters.
Following his degree at St. Catherine's College, Oxford, Bhavesh trained and qualified into the disputes department of Herbert Smith Freehills. During that time he was seconded to RBS and UBS where he worked on the RBS Rights Issue Litigation and LIBOR fixing claims. Since moving offshore, Bhavesh has been admitted to appear in both the Cayman Islands and the BVI.
Bhavesh has advised international clients on a variety of high profile matters, including the Abraaj Group's liquidation, the restructuring of Luckin Coffee, and currently acts as Cayman counsel to Iriving Picard as Madoff Trustee.
Bhavesh is recognized and ranked in legal directories for commercial litigation and is listed in Legal Week's Private Client Global Elite. He is an overseas member of the Chancery Bar Association and of the American Bankruptcy Institute, and serves on committees within INSOL and RISA Cayman.

Prior to joining Travers Thorp Alberga in 2021, Bryan practiced as a Barrister of England & Wales following successful pupillages at London company and insolvency set, Erskine Chambers, and then offshore Chambers , XXIV Old Buildings. He moved offshore to Guernsey in 2015 and to the Cayman Islands in 2018. Bryan is an experienced litigator focusing on finance-related disputes, company and partnership disputes, domestic and cross-border insolvency, commercial fraud, injunctions , asset tracing, and general commercial litigation. Bryan also advises on offshore trusts in a contentious and non-contentious context.
While in Guernsey, Bryan acted for the executive directors of Carlyle Capital Corporation in defence of a claim valued at over US$1 billion. More recently Bryan has acted in some of the highest-profile cases in the Cayman Islands, including acting for the conflict director of the largest fund in the Abraaj Group and for the State of Kuwait in connection with its investment in the Port Fund LP and has appeared in numerous arbitrations and in Courts at all levels, including recently in an appeal before Her Majesty's Privy Council.

Thereafter, Catharina worked as a dual qualified Cayman Islands and Luxembourg banking and finance attorney.

Demi joins us as a litigator in our Matrimonial department having advised previously across a broad range of contentious matters. These included insolvency cryptocurrency fraud, unfair dismissal and discrimination, and asset recovery before focusing and specializing in matrimonial proceedings and family matters with an emphasis on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes for high net worth clients.

Prior to joining the firm in the Funds group in 2014 Jonathan worked as a Judge's Associate at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, thereafter as an Associate with Clifford Chance in Sydney Australia where he focused on mergers, acquisitions and investment management and then with a leading offshore firm in Cayman advising on investment funds.

Monique joins the firm as a Senior Associate with over 15 years' experience working in the British Virgin Islands.
She has a wide area of practice with a focus on civil and commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. Monique also has experience on advising on corporate governance, liquidations, estate planning and varying aspects of BVI companies and corporate structures.
Monique is an accredited Mediator of the London School of Mediation, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.

Murray began a career in law in South Africa where he was admitted as an Attorney. He then
branched into finance with Goldman Sachs in London before moving offshore where he held
Murray returns to the Cayman Islands to assume the role of CEO of ICSL with full operational
and management responsibility for the client services provided by the ICSL team. That team
provides the essential regulatory, compliance and governance services as required by Cayman Islands law and regulation to all legal entities represented by the Firm.
These services include collating all client onboarding and documentary requirements for AML and KYC purposes, the undertaking of the necessary risk evaluation and advising of timely registration, filing and annual fee obligations to CIMA or RoC.
