Van Wert Inspections was founded with the sole purpose to provide friendly, convenient and quality home and commercial inspections. In the spring of 1991, Larry walked through the newly constructed home of one of his brothers. As he walked from room to room, he was shocked to see the number of glaring issues the builder had failed to point out to his brother. It was at that moment, Larry realized that everyday people need a voice when it comes to property they either currently own or are in the process of buying. His mission was to start an inspection company that not only provided high quality inspections, but also educated the buyer or the seller on the property. Twenty five years and 15,000 inspections later, Van Wert Inspections mission remains the same... It is important to ensure that your well water is safe for everyday use and consumption. We offer well water testing that checks for bacteria, such as Ecoli, and metals, such as Nitrates, Sodium and Calcium.
