Up2Birth was launched in 2006 as a way to reach people in the privacy and comfort of their homes while providing a teacher-led, fully interactive childbirth class. Our mission at Up2Birth is to empower women in the process of childbirth, to aid in the discovery of their birth preferences, support and pain relief choices. Education, preparation, support and flexibility direct women and their partners towards empowering births... Up2Birth came about as a result of the need for this kind of real information, strategies and options for labor and birth in a convenient format. With so many of us traveling for work these days, a husband on a business trip can join the class as easily from his hotel room as a couple in their home; a mother in Texas can attend the same class as her daughter in Ohio.
