Weavepact Management Private Limited was founded by Thomas Leom in June 2006. Following his tenure with a government owned estate management team and his stints with private managing agents, Thomas decided to branch out on his own. In the last decade, Thomas has expanded his scope of business to provide a one stop integrated facilities management service provider, including the provision of cleaning, maintenance and security services. In 2016, a management decision was taken to incorporate manpower placement and training services. With these services included in our portfolio, we are well placed to serve our customers and to exceed their expectations.
