The Water Utility Consumer Assistance Trust provides financial support to customers of Watercare Services Limited (Watercare) who are struggling to manage their water and/or wastewater costs. It is a charitable trust that receives funding from Watercare, Auckland's water and wastewater service provider... WUCAT is here to help. We understand that unexpected expenses or financial hardship can make it difficult to keep up with utility costs. That's why we provide financial assistance to Watercare™ customers who are struggling to manage their water and wastewater charges.
