AMANDA A. FELTEN - Shareholder

Amanda Felten is a shareholder with the firm practicing general Commercial and Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate, and providing Real Estate, Title, and Closing services. A native of Florida, Amanda attended Florida State University where she received her bachelor's degree in International Affairs and Political Science. After completing her undergraduate degree, Amanda earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as a member of the Moot Court Board and class representative to the Student Bar Association. As a member of the Moot Court Board, Amanda competed for Stetson in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court held in Vienna, Austria and the National Criminal Procedure Tournament held at the University of San Diego School Of Law. While participating in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court competition, Amanda's team appellate brief ranked 3rd out of over 250 teams competing from around the world. Also while in law school, Amanda served as Research Assistant to Professor Joseph Morrissey. Amanda is a member of the Florida Bar and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. She is also active in several professional organizations including the Barney Masterson Inn of Court, Pinellas County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and St. Petersburg Bar Young Lawyers Division. Amanda is currently serving as President of the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association. Amanda is a philanthropy volunteer participating in events throughout the year that benefit The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Center of Hope and Habitat for Humanity. In her free time, Amanda enjoys traveling and cheering on the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Florida State Seminoles. Amanda is one of five siblings including her brother Thomas and sister Jennifer who are currently serving in the United States Marine Corp.

JEREMY D. BAILIE

Jeremy Bailie is an Associate with the firm, practicing appellate and commercial litigation. Jeremy attended Northland International University where he received his bachelor's degree in History. After completing his undergraduate degree, Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor, with a concentration in advocacy, from Stetson University College of Law, where he served as the Chief Justice of Stetson's #1 nationally-ranked Moot Court program. During law school, through the Moot Court program, Jeremy argued in front of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims, the Florida Supreme Court, and judges from all five Florida district courts of appeal. After law school, Jeremy practiced law with a firm that represented insurance carriers and various nation-wide corporations regarding the defense of claims of personal injury, insurance coverage, employer/employee disputes, consumer protection litigation, and appellate practice. Jeremy is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association, and Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association. JOSEPH P. KENNY - Shareholder

Joseph Kenny is a shareholder with the firm practicing in the areas of general Civil and Commercial Litigation. Joseph has handled numerous complex business litigation matters in both federal and state court ranging from contract disputes and corporate governance disputes to unfair competition, litigation over trade secrets and business torts. In addition, Joseph has represented plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of patent and trademark litigation matters. Joseph has also represented plaintiffs and defendants employment related matters including wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, and severance claims. Joseph graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law receiving the Victor O. Wehle Award for excellence in trial advocacy, and the Suzanne Armstrong Award for excellence in legal writing. While attending law school, Joseph was a member of the Stetson Law Review and competed on the Stetson Moot Court board. In addition, Joseph served as a Teaching Fellow for the research and writing department. Before attending law school, Joseph earned his B.A. and M.B.A. at the University of South Florida and worked as the Director of Strategic Development at a commercial equipment financing firm based in Tampa. Joseph Kenny is a member of the Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Bar and District Court for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

KELLI H. CRABB

Kelli Hanley Crabb is a shareholder in the law firm of Weber, Crabb and Wein, P.A. A South Dakota native, Ms. Crabb graduated from law school at the University of South Dakota in 1981 and was licensed to practice law in the state of South Dakota that year. Ms. Crabb also earned a Masters of Business Administration degree at the same time. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Crabb joined the legal department of a Fortune 100 company, IBP, Inc., headquartered in Dakota City, Nebraska. While a member of the IBP legal department, Ms. Crabb primarily practiced in the areas of employment law, debtor-creditor matters and general business litigation. Ms. Crabb left her employment with IBP in the fall of 1983 when she re-located to Florida. Ms. Crabb joined the law firm of Battaglia, Ross, Dicus and Wein, P.A. in January, 1984 as a law clerk, pending her admission to the Florida Bar. Ms. Crabb became an associate attorney at the Battaglia Ross firm when she was admitted to the Florida Bar in July, 1984. Ms. Crabb became a shareholder at the Battaglia, Ross firm in 1987. During her association with Battaglia Ross firm, Ms. Crabb practiced in numerous areas of the law including business litigation, representation of both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy proceedings, collection actions and foreclosures, employment law and contract disputes. Ms. Crabb also has represented several "white collar" criminal defendants. Ms. Crabb has focused her practice on family law matters, including dissolution, paternity, custody, domestic violence proceedings for over twenty years. Ms. Crabb is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. She previously was co-chair of the Family Law Section and served on the executive committee of the organization. Ms. Crabb is just beginning her term as secretary of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Ms. Crabb has also been very active in the community as a whole. She has been involved in the Pinellas County Hospice organization for over twenty-five years, currently serving as board chair of Empath Health, the holding company for Suncoast Hospice and other subsidiaries. Ms. Crabb continues to serve on the Suncoast Hospice board as immediate past chair. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Suncoast PACE, Inc. Ms. Crabb was previously a member of the board and former chair of The Hospice Foundation of the Florida Suncoast, Inc.

KYLE D. BASS

Kyle Bass is an Associate with the firm practicing general Civil and Commercial Litigation. Kyle attended Stetson University in DeLand, FL where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Business Law. Upon graduation he then attended Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, FL where he earned his Juris Doctor degree along with a Certificate of Concentration in Advocacy. During his time at Stetson Law, Kyle was awarded both the Leadership Award as well as the William F. Blews Award for his effort and dedication to legal pro bono services. Prior to joining Weber, Crabb & Wein, Kyle represented the People of the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney for the 6th Judicial Circuit, in Pinellas County. As an Assistant State Attorney, Kyle prosecuted hundreds of cases from intake through various stages, up to and including trial, with charges ranging from Domestic Battery, Assault, Theft, and Driving Under the Influence, amongst others. While at the State Attorney's Office, Kyle was commissioned into the United States Army as an Officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps (JAG). Most recently, Kyle was assigned to Fort McNair and Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall in the Military District of Washington in Washington, D.C. where he assisted service members with legal issues ranging from Contract Disputes to Dissolution of Marriage to Military Administrative Actions. From Washington, D.C., Kyle was stationed at Fort Gordon in Augusta, GA with the U.S. Army Signal Corps and the Cyber Center of Excellence. While at Fort Gordon, Kyle focused primarily on providing legal assistance for Administrative Actions as well as drafting countless Wills and other Estate Planning documents for deploying soldiers and units. Following his time at Fort Gordon, Kyle returned to his home state of Florida where he accepted a position at a prominent Insurance Defense Firm as an Associate Attorney. While there, Kyle gained valuable experience defending numerous First-Party insurance claims and representing clients in different capacities, from pre-suit investigations and coverage matters through different stages of litigation. Kyle continues to proudly serve as a Captain in the United States Army Reserves. As a Reserve Officer, Kyle is attached to the 154th TDS LOD where he is tasked with fighting for and defending soldiers' rights in all aspects of military actions and proceedings. Kyle is a member of the Florida Bar.

Stephen J. Wein

Stephen J. Wein was a founding shareholder of the firm. He was previously the Chairman of the Litigation Department of a prominent local firm where he was also a member of its Executive Committee. He is a 1976 graduate of Stetson University College of Law. Steve is past Chairman of the St. Petersburg Bar Association Bench and Bar Committee, a past member of the Code and Rules of Evidence Committee of The Florida Bar and a member of various local, state and national legal organizations. He has lectured on assorted legal topics to various legal and professional groups, including the National Association of Bank Servicers and is listed in "Who's Who in American Law." His 1992 Florida Bar Journal article, Failed Financial Institutions: The Plight of Professionals Defending Regulators' Claims, was a finalist for the Barbara Sanders Memorial Award for legal writing.

Timothy W. Weber is Board Certified in Appellate Practice and practices in the areas of appellate law, civil and commercial litigation, insurance and bad faith litigation, business litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, estate planning, employment and labor, civil rights, criminal, and family. He represents clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appeal levels. Before co-founding the firm, Tim was a shareholder at Battaglia, Ross, Dicus & Wein, P.A. in St. Petersburg for 16 years. He has been board certified in Appellate Practice since 2004.
