Hub Communal Services is a family business run by Andy and Max Morris. With more than 20 years experience in the industry they could see that many cleaning companies were failing to operate efficiently and deliver competitive rates. This was lergely down to the fact that they were trying to cover too wide a range of different sectors. With this in mind Hub Communal Services Ltd was set up in 2010 to provide a bespoke service for the cleaning and maintenance of communal areas in residential blocks... Hub is unique. We do not clean commercial premises or private property. Our staff and resources are fully focused on the cleaning and servicing of communal areas in residential blocks and as such we have become specialists in our field. Our knowledge and experience allow us to produce very accurate time and motion calculations for every block we clean. The work process that we follow ensures that we deliver a consistently high standard cleaning and maintenance at very competitive rates.....
