Having studied at Cornel Universities in the United States Siva Kumaran gained his qualifications as a hotelier in the filed by working at reputed hotel chains such as Inter Continental, Ramada Renaissance and Hyatt Regency both here in Sydney and around the world. After acquiring the Waldorf property and moving his restaurant Blue Elephant from Crows Nest to Pennant Hills, Siva has made it a house hold name for Sri Lankan cuisine and as a unique function space...
