Gary is a cofounder and managing partner of Civil Design Advantage. Gary often serves as Principal-In-Charge for municipal or government related projects. Gary's experience with the DNR and COE enables him to effectively lead a design team through specific permitting processes. Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University in 1992 and is a Licensed Civil Engineer in Iowa, Missouri, and Kansas. Gary is also an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

Keith is a Principal and managing partner of Civil Design Advantage. Keith received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University in 1999. Keith often serves as a Principal-In-Charge for site development projects. Keith is a Licensed Landscape Architect and is a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).
Mike is a managing partner and a cofounder of Civil Design Advantage. Mike often serves as the Principal-In-Charge for Survey or Construction Staking projects and provides direction for office survey technicians and survey field crews for a variety of survey-related projects. Mike completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Iowa State University in 1993. Mike is a Professional Land Surveyor licensed to practice in the State of Iowa and an active member of the Society of Land Surveyors of Iowa (SLSI).

Ryan is a Principal and managing partner of Civil Design Advantage. Ryan has over 16 years of experience in providing site/civil engineering design, site selection, project management, platting, and municipal engineering projects. Ryan leads all consulting services for mission-critical facilities, providing land use entitlement, design, and permitting for data centers in the Midwest and western United States. Ryan is a licensed professional Civil Engineer and possesses a wealth of experience, drawn from a wide variety of projects; public and private, small and large. With creativity and commitment, he draws upon that experience and combines it with an understanding of the latest methods, materials, and technologies to develop innovative, efficient, successful, and sustainable projects.
