Brent Newton

Brent has been an integral part of Freedom Profit Recovery since its beginning. His work passion is found in the software design, marketing and graphical side of the business. In alignment with his passions, his focus has been primarily in the design and fulfillment of technology and marketing tools relative to the consulting organization.

Chris Erwin

  • Senior Client Account Manager
Chris serves as a Senior Client Account Manager for FPR. In his role, he is engaged as a communication bridge for the day-to-day interaction between clients and FPR, to ensure client satisfaction. He brings an excellent background in sales and account management. Chris lives in the Carrollton area with his lovely wife and amazing daughter.

Colleen Wyatt

Colleen is primarily responsible for managing service and support requests for FPR clients. She is from the DFW area and comes from a very close family. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters. Prior to FPR, she spent over twenty years working in accounting within the automotive industry.

Darren Staton

Since joining FPR in 2022, Darren has performed with excellence as a Client Support representative. With over 40 years of professional client interaction, he has also more than ten years of experience specifically in the office equipment field. His task oriented, dedicated and a results-driven approach make him an invaluable asset to the team. He is a self-motivated individual who believes strongly in achieving corporate success. His personal goals include operating at the highest level of productivity, while ensuring optimal client satisfaction.

David Potts

David serves as a consultant for FPR. In his role, he is responsible for fostering new relationships with clients and ensuring client satisfaction. He brings an excellent track record of working with Fortune 500 size clients on business process improvements that deliver reduced operating expenses. David lives in Fort Worth with his wife and two children and loves spending time with his family & actively serving in his church.

David Strickland

David functions as a CSR for FPR. His job is to make sure that the level of service delivered to FPR clients and potential clients exceeds their expectations. One of his personal desires is to successfully assist FPR clients and consultants reach their goals. David is from Georgia and is a relatively new transplant to the metroplex. He is a graduate of Young Harris Methodist College and the University of Georgia and is an avid reader and college football fan.

Dustin Whitehead

Dustin started out working as a technician at Danka Office Imaging and quickly worked his way to systems engineer within 3 years and then high volume systems analyst a year later. He then went to Ikon Office Solutions to successfully launch a new product as a National Production Analyst covering the western half of the US. He then started his own consulting company until he built it up and merged it with Freedom Profit Recovery in order to build their service delivery/technology infrastructure where he has been since 2006 as the Chief Technology Officer and serves on the Board of Directors. In June of 2011 he headed up the creation of the FPR Foundation, which is a 501c3 charitable organization that was established to assist those in need in the community.

Ed Dubay SR

Ed started his career with Xerox at age 17 following 2 years of High school electronics. His 21-year Xerox career included role as copier technician, District Trainer, Field Engineer and Production Sales Analyst. Then he worked with IKON for 4 years and Canon 2 years as Production Sales Analyst. The last 10 years, he has successfully worked with FPR a Senior Solutions Manager. This equates to over 35 years experience in Document Output service, sales and support. He enjoys home renovation projects, his farm and his beautiful wife Sonia.

Eric Erhardt SR

Eric operates as the resident smart guy. He manages the IT infrastructure and software application development used to manage and improve the overall deliverable to FPR clients. He most appreciates the day to day challenges that his role throws his way. Originally, Eric is from Los Angeles, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems from the University of Washington, and is MCSE and MCSA Microsoft. He loves his family and dogs and the outdoors.

Kevin McKeen

Kevin has spent over twenty years in the office product and business machines arena through industry-specific software and buying groups. His experiences includes client services, software support, training/implementation, software sales, IT product/project management and national accounts. Over the years his travels have allowed him to cover the US and Canada to help clients customize their specific business needs through software and process implementation. His mission is to build business relationships, analyze client needs/requests and deliver a great client experience.

Lenette Nance

Lenette is the Corporate Controller for FPR. Based in Dallas Lenette is a Senior Financial Executive with more than 25 years of experience leading and managing the accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning, financing, process re-engineering and asset management functions for multiple business organizations of varying industries and sizes. Lenette is a trusted executive and a strong partner to senior management. Her breadth and depth of experience, work ethic, and can-do attitude have made her extremely adept to meeting the financial and operational needs in a rapidly changing business environment like FPR.

Lynn Dixon

Lynn is the President and CEO of Freedom Financial Consulting, Inc., and serves as a Board Member of Freedom Profit Recovery, Inc. and The Freedom Foundation as well as North Texas Credit and Avtech Solutions. Prior to starting these companies, Lynn served in a variety of sales, management and executive positions for two industry leading independent leasing companies where he excelled at structuring innovative leasing and re-marketing solutions that helped his clients achieve greater flexibility, control and predictability over their IT and Diagnostic Imaging spending. A results-driven leader with a 21-year track record of achievement in positions of increasing scope and complexity, Lynn's successful tenure has earned him numerous honors and awards.

Michael Rogers

Michael has attained a highly successful track record of consulting and client development experience. Michael brings over 20 years of Information Technology and consulting expertise in the formation of technology based solutions ranging from planning and design to implementation, outsourcing, and management. What sets Michael apart in his consultative role is his commitment to establishing mutually beneficial business relationships based on a firm foundation rooted in his belief-system of leadership through servant hood. Ray Guest

Ray delivers service to our Clients and FPR Operations. His business responsibilities include client support, maintenance, preparing, delivering & installation of technology devices and maintaining warehouse / logistics inventory. Ray is a native Texan and strives to operate in excellence. He enjoys community service activities with his wife and church family and is passionate about the science of BBQ, including experimenting with smoking various varieties of meats.

Sandy Fox

Sandy is primarily responsible for document management, overseeing the documentation process from inception to completion, as well as data management, invoicing and accounts receivable. She is our perfectionist and always strives for 100% accuracy. She brings 25 years of experience in contract administration and customer service. She loves anything vintage, crafting, gardening and the outdoors where she enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and ATVing while capturing it all with photography.

Shelly Gribble

Shelly is primarily responsible for dispatching and managing service and support requests for FPR clients. In her role, she enjoys getting to know and work with vendors and clients on a daily basis. She also enjoys time with her kids and grandbabies, watching football, going to the races and music.

Stacy Moore

Stacy manages day-to-day operations for FPR relative to service delivery, data management and client reconciliations. With two children, she has spent most of her life in the D/FW area. Stacy loves being involved in a little bit of everything to make sure all actions required are performed. "I love my FPR Family too!" Stacy loves boating, bowling, 4-wheeling and mudding.

Tami Smitherman

Tami is primarily in charge of all accounts payable. She has been an asset to the company for 8 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, DIY projects, and cooking. She has 3 beautiful daughters and an incredibly cool husband.
