Dr. Hamilton is originally from the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. He attended Michigan State University receiving his bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition. His Doctorate in Dental Surgery was completed at the University of Detroit Mercy and has now been practicing clinically for 11 years. Dr. Hamilton is an active member of several professional organizations including the American Dental Association (ADA), the Michigan Dental Association (MDA), the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), the Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society (KVDDS), the American Academy of Implant dentistry (AAID), the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA), the Global Dental Implant Academy (GDIA), the Kois Center in Seattle, Washington, the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics (IAFA) and has achieved fellowship status in the AGD, IDIA, the GDIA and the ICOI. He completed the Digital Smile Dentistry residency with Christian Coachman in 2019 and is an alumnus of the Kois Center program in Seattle, Washington. He plans to mentor current students at the center in the coming years and is working on finishing Mastership with the AGD. Other course work has been completed with the Pikos Institute in Florida, IV sedation certification with Dr. Ken Reed in Oregon and Foundational TMJ diagnosis at the Piper Institute in Florida. Dr. Hamilton is dedicated to life-long learning and has a passion for mentoring young dentists and teaching dentistry. As a firm believer in evidence-based practice, he follows gold standard research to guide clinical decisions. He maintains a high level of knowledge in screening of airway constriction/sleep disordered breathing in his private practice and believes that dentistry plays a critical role in one's overall health and wellness. When asked what I do, the best way to describe it is that I am an orofacial expert that changes lives by using modern technology to create predictable, healthy, and beautiful outcomes that enable my patients to smile confidently. I am a MODERN dentist and this, to me, means truly comprehensive. It is a different kind of dentistry. I believe in wellness and the role dentistry plays in it. Eat Healthy, breathe healthy, sleep healthy, smile healthy…live healthy. I do not just place dental implants; implants are not THE product I provide. I create excellent outcomes for patients. People believe in me because I create confident smiles and treat failing dental situations. Doing so sometimes requires the placement of implants to achieve this. Outside of the office, Dr. Hamilton's number one priority and joys are his family; he has two beautiful daughters, Layla (6 years old) and Bree (4 years old) with his wife Jolie. The little spare time left over is spent Steelhead and Salmon fishing, cycling and the occasional round of golf.
Dr. Brown has 25+ years of experience in general and implant dentistry. He has practiced in several multi-doctor offices completing the majority of surgical, reconstructive and restorative procedures. Dr. Brown is an expert in dental implant planning using CAD/CAM technology along with Cone Beam radiographic scanning and intra-oral optical scanning. Dr. Brown works on-site and in close collaboration with one of the countries most renowned digital dental laboratories (AA Dental Design) and holds the title of Clinical Advisor. This close association allows our practice to provide premium care with very quick turn-around. Dr. Brown was trained at Loma Linda University. He holds the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery, with a major in Human Biology. Dr. Brown is a current member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologist, American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, International Academy of Comprehensive Aesthetics, International Association for Orthodontics and the honorary dental society of Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Brown provides training to dentists and dental laboratories through AA Dental Education Center and the Global Dental Implant Academy. He has roles in domestic and international education as well as lecturing locally and abroad. Dr. Brown is a native of Southern California. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid motorsports fan and can be found most weekends participating in a variety of outdoor activities.

Dr. Aaron Pryor is a native of Lebanon, Tennessee, where his state-of-the-art office is located. He proudly serves Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, and Watertown, Tennessee. Dr. Pryor is a graduate of Lebanon High School and Cumberland University.
He graduated first in his class at Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. Pryor served as a dentist in the United States Air Force, where he earned more than 500 hours of continuing dental education. Dr. Pryor completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Eglin Air Force Base in 2002, where he was trained in all aspects of general dentistry and sedation techniques. He is currently using a CAD/CAM CEREC machine which allows him to complete most restorative dental procedures on the same day. He is a member of the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, AAFE.

Dr. Alzaga is a 2000 graduate of dental school at the University of Baja California. Upon graduation, he was involved in oral implantology which later became his passion. He was educated extensively in a number of continuing education courses, and ultimately was awarded Diplomate in Oral Implantology. In 2009 he completed a residency program for a Master's Degree in Oral Implantology. He is a member of the Asociacion Mexicana de Implantologia Bucal (AMIB), and the president of Colegio de Implantologia Bucal de Baja California (CIBBC). Dr. Alzaga is also the president of a local non-profit organization, Centro Comunitario de Odontologia Especializada Asociacion Civil, where their mission is to treat underprivileged people who otherwise have no access to receive dental care, and to get their deserved smiles back. He started his own practice at Centro de Odontologia Especializada, to practice interdisciplinary care with focus in oral implantology
Dr. Arash Hakhamian is one of the founding members of GDIA and has built numerous successful practices throughout Southern California upon completing his dental degree from USC School of Dentistry. Dr. Hakhamian also holds a BS in Anthropology from UCLA where he graduated with Latin Honors, Departmental Honors and College Honors . Dr. Arash Hakhamian has been the recipient of numerous international fellowships/awards including ICOI, IADFE, WAUPS, GDIA, ADA, CDA among others. He is one of the leading worldwide experts on the field of Teledentistry and Mobile Dentistry and his company Dentulu was awarded the ADA "Best of Class" Technology company through Cellarant in the field of Teledentistry. He has participated as a surgical instructor for various teaching institutions both locally and internationally and continues to lecture on the subject in addition to running Dentulu. Since his graduation from USC School of Dentistry in 1995, Dr. Cameron Torabi has built several successful practices throughout California. He has trained dozens of GP dentists in oral implantology with a focus on developing comprehensive treatment planning, surgical and restorative skills. Dr. Torabi's central philosophy is that the success of a general practitioner relies as much on balance and breadth of expertise as it does on depth of knowledge in any one practice area. Dr. Torabi's courses apply this mindset, focusing on seamlessly integrating implant dentistry into an existing practice for clinicians new to this field or improving upon the experienced clinicians' existing skills while reducing complications and enhancing patient satisfaction using inter-disciplinary tools and skills. Dr. Edward Mills is the founder of the Atlanta Center for Restorative Dentistry. A graduate of Emory University in 1980, he has lectured extensively throughout the world on state-of-the-art restorative techniques. Dr. Mills is a fellow as well as the 2003 president of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a diplomat at the Board of Oral Implantology.
Dr. Mills is also the founder and current director of the Atlanta Institute for Advanced Education, a state-of-the-art educational facility utilized to train professionals through lectures, live surgical demonstrations, and internet educational formats. Additionally, he is the current director of the Maximus 390-hour Comprehensive Dental Implant Training Program, considered to be among the top continuing educational programs in dentistry. Dr. Mills is also director of a three year hospital-based dental implant residency program at Emory Adventist Hospital.
Dr. Mills is a leading resource on both the surgical and prosthetic aspects of Dental Implantology. Dr. Edward Mills has been surgically inserting and restoring implants in Atlanta for over 30 years. Dr. Ihab M Hanna graduated, with honors, in 1994 from Cairo University; it wasn't a surprise, having his father as a Dentist. Afterwards, He spent three years in training and residency before moving to San Francisco where he completed his board examinations. He completed two years of General practice residency at the University of Illinois where he excelled and was selected as a chief resident in his second year, where he acquired additional training with the use of dental implants, sedation and special care dentistry. All around, Dr. Hanna has been practicing dentistry for 25 years. He has completed more than 1000 hours of CE in Implant dentistry, helped a lot of his patients with Sedation Dentistry and many other advanced dental procedures. He uses nothing but the latest dental technology in order to guarantee an efficient, safe and pleasant environment. Simply put, nothing but the best and most up-to-date equipment for his patients. Dr. Jason Chen is the owner of Nice Teeth Dental, and was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of California, Davis and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. Before joining the dental practice in San Leandro, he did research in dental materials and advanced dental bonding techniques at The University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Chen's primary interests are in digital dentistry and computer-generated, guided implant surgery. He has been using CEREC technology for over 14 years with extensive training fabricating one-visit crowns, veneers, onlays and bridges. Dr. Chen likes to stay current and progressive in dentistry by continually taking advanced courses such as the annual Surgical Program with Dr. Maurice Salama in Brazil every year. Dr. Chen also uses advanced 3-D printing for surgical guides in placing dental implants generated from a CT scan taken at the office. He is able to place dental implants in an efficient and accurate manner which helps to make both the surgery and the recovery quick and painless. Dr. Chen spends most of his time raising his two sons and traveling with his wife. Some of his interests outside of work include running, watching sports, music and biking.
Dr. Jason Kim completed his Periodontal training and received a Master's certificate from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, Dept. of Periodontics. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Periodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU College of Dentistry, Implantology Program. Dr. Kim was also appointed to the Dean's Faculty at University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He is a Diplomate with the American Board of Oral Implantology, a Fellow with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and also a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He served on the Board of Trustees with the AAID, and was also the Past President for the Northeast District of the AAID. He is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of Manhattan Dental Implant Seminars and is in Private practice in Flushing, NY. Dr. Kim lectures nationally and internationally in the field of dental implants, bone regeneration, biologics, guided surgery, among others.
Dr. Jason Yamada was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and received his DDS degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and his specialty degree in Periodontics and a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology from Northwestern University. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Advanced Graduate Education Program in Periodontics and Implant Surgery at Loma Linda University Dental School and has been a guest lecturer at both USC Dental School and UCLA Dental School. Dr. Yamada has been featured in articles and magazines as well as having been aired on television programs such as "Awareness", "Heartbeat of the City", "Common Sense".
He has lectured nationally in the United States as well as internationally in Korea, Japan, Spain the U.K. and Colombia and has spoken at the Academy of Osseointegration (A.O.) and the American Academy of Periodontology (A.A.P.) on his ISM (Internal Sinus Manipulation) technique. He also has several patents on his ISM instruments and technique. Dr. Yamada currently practices in Torrance and Irvine California with an emphasis on Implant Surgery and Restoration, Microsurgery, and Periodontal Surgery. Due to his broad experience in Implant Surgery and aiding in planning and restoration of dental implants, he has been a clinical advisor and consultant for several implant companies.
Dr. Yamada has a no-nonsense simplistic way of teaching biologic concepts and utilizing these in "everyday practice". He is the founder of IPI ("The Implant and Periodontal Institute of Torrance") and has taught many general dentists as well as specialists on the topics of periodontal, cosmetic as well as implant surgery.
Dr. Jill Park received her bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2008 and graduated from dental school at Tufts University in 2012. She is the owner of the private practice, "JP Dental" in Hartford, CT since February 2016. She is also an active member of Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), World Congress of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Bone Surgery (WAUPS), and a Fellow of the Global Dental Implant Academy (GDIA). She was an invited speaker for Autologous tooth block and particulate bone graft in Daegu, South Korea (2017) and for the WAUPS Symposium in Los Angeles, CA (2018). She is a Surgical Faculty Member of the GDIA Live-Patient Surgical Training Programs in Tijuana, Mexico since 2019. She is proficient with designing and milling, staining for crowns and bridges, and utilizing the 3D printer for surgical guides, diagnostic models, and occlusal splints. Her philosophy in dentistry mainly focuses on building trust with patients and delivering good dental care. In order to provide the highest level of care to patients, she has been taking continuing education courses in dentistry to incorporate the newest techniques and technologies into practice.
Dr. Jiro Akpobome is a General Dentist practicing as a traveling implant surgeon and extractionist in the Houston TX area. Currently, he is constructing a Dental Implant center for treatment and one on one implant education. He has an insatiable drive for knowledge and a desire to gain mastery in whatever subject he undertakes. Prior to a career in dentistry, Dr. Jiro was a trombonist and played in classical, gospel, and jazz settings. After accomplishing mastery in music and earning an undergraduate degree in music performance, healthcare became his new home for knowledge.
Dr. Jiro entered dental school with a goal of specializing in pediatrics but soon realized he had a greater love of surgery. After graduating Baylor College of Dentistry
he began a hybrid aegd/gpr in the University of New Mexico Hospital system. There, he was trained extensively in emergency dental and medical procedures as well as IV sedation, third molar exodontia, and implant placement. Dr. Jiro's interest in implant dentistry sparked during this experience. In his seven years of implant dentistry Dr. Jiro has been trained and mentored by prolific practitioners in the field such as doctors Hilt Tatum, Jose Pedroza, Ricardo Kern, and Fouad Khoury. Dr. Jiro has dedicated himself to life long learning having already completed near 1000 continuing education credits since graduating dental school in 2015. He has performed thousands of implant placements, IV sedations, and third molar extractions. Above all, he attributes his continued drive and successes to his lovely wife, child, and amazing parents. He is currently an active member of the ICOI,AAID, ADSA, ADA and a Fellow of the AAIP.

Dr. Josh Shayefar is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, the Los Angeles Dental Society, and the West Los Angeles Dental Society. He is certified in Oral Conscious Sedation as well as in Laser therapy commonly known as LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure). He has been published in the world-renowned Compendium Dental Magazine and Explorer Dental Magazine. He is also a clinical instructor for the GIA International Implant Academy. Last but not least, he is the recipient of the 2020 Straumann Annual Meeting Scholarship.

Dr. Kevin Kim received his undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California San Diego. He attended the University of Southern California to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Kim is a graduate of the Kois Center, has completed courses on advanced bone grafting at the Pikos Institute, took a nine-month implant training program at the Misch International Implant Institute, trained in the use of Puros block allograft, completed implant training at The Zimmer Institute, and completed an IV sedation course. All of the time he has spent learning new things and keeping up to date on current technology directly influences the care he is able to give his patients.
Dr. Kwan M. Lee is among of them. After attaining his bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from UCLA, Dr. Lee went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Southern California. Since then, Dr. Lee has completed a year of implant training and general oral surgery training at the University of Washington, School of Dentistry.
Dr. Lee has been practicing implant dentistry last 10 years and he has so much passion for restoring missing teeth and bringing back smiles that once lost. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, photography, and sports.
Dr. Nader Bazzi received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 1997. Dr. Bazzi has completed comprehensive, post-doctoral training in full-mouth rehabilitation including intense training in implants, oral surgical procedures, cosmetic dentistry, and IV sedation. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry as well as a member of the American Dental Society of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines. He is also the author of an educational medical-dental book called "Saving Smiles Changing Lives". Dr. Bazzi has a wealth of clinical experience in dental implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting and dental implant prosthetics. Dr. Bazzi has maintained two successful implant practices in Michigan for 20 years.
Dr. Shaun Lee completed his studies at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1996. Beyond his degree, he holds a mastership with the American Dental Implant Association and is an active member of the Global Dental Implant Association. Dr. Lee's practice includes the thoughtful integration of digital and 3D printing technologies for planning and treatment, reflecting his ongoing dedication to staying up-to-date with dental advancements.
With a genuine passion for dental implant dentistry, Dr. Lee serves patients in two private offices located in Washington state. His heartfelt focus on the field of implant dentistry is a cornerstone of his practice.
Dr. Tony Daher is a graduate of University of St. Joseph, University of Paris, University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of Southern California (USC). He is a Board-Certified Prosthodontist, a Fellow in the American College of Prosthodontists, a Fellow in the International College of Dentists and a Fellow in the Global Dental Implant Academy. Dr. Daher is the co-director of Global Dental Implant Academy (GDIA) and a Visiting Clinical Professor at Saint Joseph University. He is the Editor-In-Chief for the GDIA Dental Implant Case Reports, and the Senior Associate Editor for the Journal of the Lebanese Dental Association. He is a former Associate Professor at Loma Linda University, Former Lecturer with the Advanced Prosthodontic Program at UCLA, past Clinic Director of the International Student Program at USC, and the past Director of Advanced Prosthodontics Program at Loma Linda University. Dr. Daher has active membership in numerous dental and prosthodontic organizations. He maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implant Dentistry in La Verne, California. He has written many scientific and clinical articles, textbook and eBook chapters (over 5o scientific articles and book chapters) and has lectured both nationally and internationally about Prosthodontics (over 150 presentations). Dr. Daher is also an active member in many dental and prosthodontics societies, including the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Tri-County and San Gabriel Valley Dental societies.
Dr. Louie started his dental experience as a dental technician before receiving his dental degree from the University of the Pacific in 1986 in San Francisco, CA. After practicing as a General Dentist for several years, Dr. Louie completed advanced training in dental implants at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, NY, before completing advanced specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He created the Tri Valley Implant Study Group Implant Continuum in 2013. He holds memberships with the ADA, CDA, ACP, AACD, AAID, ICOI, and AO.
Dr. Singh is a periodontist who works with various private practice and corporate offices to provide periodontal therapy and implant treatment. We are proud to welcome him to the CS Periodontics team.
Dr. Singh is a resident of U.K. and U.S.A. He went to India for high school and came to the United States where he became a resident of Southern California. Dr. Singh obtained his Bachelor of Sciences in Biological Sciences from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. He was awarded the prestigious Health Professions Scholarship (HPSP) from the United States Army and went on to earn his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine.
As a commissioned dental officer, Dr. Singh was awarded the Army Service Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, and the Army Commendation Medal. After serving the Army for close to 4 years, Dr. Singh woked for a community clinic in the Inland Empire to help the underserved receive appropriate dental care. At the same time he worked for Indian Health Service on a locum basis. While working at the community clinics, Dr. Singh was recruited to teach dental courses at Western University with a focus on complex exodontia and pre-prosthetic surgery.
In addition to working in academia, Dr. Singh also owned a dental practice and started gravitating towards the surgical aspect of dentistry. As a general dentist he started placing dental implants and took numerous CE's to advance himself. However, his passion to continue to advance himself led him to become a Periodontic resident at the prestigious Loma Linda University with the focus on advanced periodontal surgery and implant therapy.
Dr Singh is currently an adjunct faculty at Western University and has numerous publications while collaborating with other clinicians. He is a firm believer in educating the patient and in providing the best services to the patient. His diverse array of experience makes him a key asset to the office, and he is a welcome addition.
Dr. Tadros obtained his Doctorate in Medical Dentistry and completed his residency in Prosthodontics at Augusta University, Georgia, USA. Upon graduation, he received "Best of the Best in Prosthodontics" award and "1st place" in the esthetic contest at the "Digital Smile Design Miami Super Week" held by Dr. Christian Coachman in 2014. During his residency at Ronald Goldstein Center for Esthetic and Implant Dentistry directed by world renown and father of modern esthetic dentistry, Dr. Gerard Chiche, Dr. Tadros developed a special interest in comprehensive full mouth rehabilitations, esthetic and Implant dentistry, computerized implant guided surgery, 3D-printing, in-office aligners and digital dentistry. He developed many digital workflows that he now uses in his day to day practice at Goldstein, Garber, and Salama private practice making him one of the most efficient dentists of all times.
He has several publications including "A Blended, Novel Team Approach in Academic Esthetic Dentistry", in the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry. Furthermore, he has lectured about esthetic dentistry, Digital Smile Design, computer guided surgery, All on X A to Z, and in office 3D-printing of implant surgical guides both nationally and internationally. He is a well respected digital dentist as he continues to be all inclusive with all digital products and has helped many dentists transition their practice digitally. He has also established his 365 Digital Dentistry Mastership program and lab that help many dentists around the globe.

Dr. Stephen Kallaos earned both his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. After a 3 year residency, he earned a Specialty Certificate in Periodontics from the University of California, San Francisco. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Kallaos holds a conscious sedation permit from the State of California and enjoys practicing in Southern California. He has extensive clinical experience, has lectured on implant placement and bone grafting, and is committed to continuing education.
