Amy Taylor

Amy Taylor, a native of Edgewood, Kentucky, first started working with Holly Daugherty in 1994. She worked with Holly full-time up until she married her husband, Adam, in 2004. Adam's career in the United States Navy has brought them both to various locations around the globe and most recently to Annapolis, Maryland where she continues to work with Holly remotely. Amy has over 25 years of experience as a legal assistant and is a proud military spouse. Go Navy!

Holly A. Daugherty

Holly A. Daugherty, a native of Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 1989. She has 29 years experience in handling family law cases and 37 years experience handling Social Security Disability cases. Holly also handles Casey Law Petitions. Casey's Law provides a means of intervening with someone who is unable to recognize his or her need for treatment due to a substance abuse impairment. This law allows parents, to petition the court for treatment on behalf of their loved one. Holly is a graduate of Chase College of Law and Northern Kentucky University, where she obtained a Bachelor's Degree of Social Work. During her college years, she acted as a volunteer for the Women's Crisis Center for abused women, as well as the Legal Aid Society of Northern Kentucky. Holly currently resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky with her husband, Bobby Ferguson. They have five children and two grandchildren.
