Now as the Chief Revenue Officer, Gemma is responsible for pricing, revenue operations, marketing, sales, and customer success. Before that Gemma was the Chief Operations Officer. Gemma is very focused on HCG's strategic planning, oversight, and coordination to improve effectiveness, productivity, performance and functionality to drive extensive and sustainable growth. An innovative thinker with a proven ability to analyze and execute business objectives pertaining to clients, projects, talent acquisition, talent succession, learning and development, etc. Gemma loves the outdoors and is a keen explorer, she is also generous with reading material recommendations.
With over two decades of dynamic leadership in the financial realm, Helen takes the helm as Horizon Controls Group's Chief Financial Officer. Helen's expertise spans capital raising, international expansion, strategic definition, accounting systems development, fiscal management, financial reporting, and internal control mechanisms. She is a results-driven professional renowned for her impactful contributions in corporate accounting and operations management. Across multiple international entities in the technology and services sectors, Helen has left her mark, consistently delivering financial and operational strategies that enhance Profit & Loss accounts. Helen is enthusiastic to be part of the team shaping Horizon Controls Group's exciting growth plans for the future. John is always looking for ways to improve operations through innovation. As the leader of Horizon Innovative Technologies, he is constantly scanning the industry for emerging technologies that can provide clients with dramatic improvements in operations, automation, and compliance that drive customer value. His background includes over 25 years providing Strategy and Innovation services to manufacturing businesses across multiple industries including Life Sciences, High Technology, Automotive, and Manufacturing while with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture, and IBM. His focus is in helping clients identify how to leverage emerging technologies like Digital Twins, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Data Analytics, and Augmented Reality into operations and automation solutions. When not innovating, John spends his time enjoying nature - hiking, skiing, and walking the dog - and with his family.
As the founder, CEO and driving force behind Horizon Controls Group, Mike brings a wealth of expertise to the digital process automation realm. His multifaceted skills encompass front-end studies, capital cost estimation, project management, digital transformation consulting, and automation training. Mike is a visionary. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to making a meaningful impact on clients and team members inspired the creation of Horizon Controls Group. In 2017, he furthered his dedication to the field by founding the International Academy of Automation Engineering®, and he actively serves on the board of a technology organization and non-profit initiatives. When he's not immersed in his professional endeavors, Mike indulges in his passion for travel and enjoys being a spectator of sports, with a particular enthusiasm for soccer and rugby.
