Liam Maher Plant has been established since 1990 and has gained over 23 years' of experience in the construction and civil engineering sector of Ireland. Like any business it developed from small beginnings originating in Cashel Co Tipperary working in the localised areas and over the years grew with the needs of the developing economy. In 1996 the business saw its real growth as new contracts where secured and long term working relationships where established with existing customers. The company increased its plant and labour workforce to suite demand. With the increase in the size of the business there was a need on particular jobs to have the services of a Civil Engineer, Liam made the decision to return to further education as a mature student and successfully gained a Building and Civil Engineering qualifications. Bringing these new skills to the business enabled its natural progression of the company into the growing civil engineering sector of the Irish market. Not long after our progression into civil engineering projects, we identified areas where we could make further advanced and increase the companies profile within this sector to this end we further developed our plant fleet by adding two state of the art Gomaco slipform machines which has subsequently allowed our organisation to be involved in some of the country's most prestigious road projects. In recent years the companies registered name of Liam Maher Plant Limited has been rebranded and now assumes the name LMP Ltd. This rebranding simply reflects the development of the organisation and the change in service which we offer today, we now carry out an array of works with the building, and civil engineering sectors of the Irish market. Our business which was once localised is now national and we are happy to report, the successful completion on many projects all over the country in time and on budget is a testament to the continued success and growth of our business today.
