Josh Walsh oversees communication and development at OAM.
Born and raised in St John's NL, Josh knew what it was like to not have enough. Growing up in a home with a single mom and five siblings, his mother struggled to put enough food on the table and used food bank services to help meet his families needs for many years.
Josh has worked in various ministries and has worked in nonprofit. As an adult, its been his hope to inspire others. He wants to see people released from food insecurity and inspired to move forward.
Josh is also a delusional leafs fan who believes this could be the year!
Kaitin Taylor is the lead hand for the mission centre. She has lived in Niagara Falls most her life. She is currently a Niagara College Student in community justice services with an interest in youth work and sociology. She has always loved being a part of her community, her church, and volunteering to work with woman with addictions and other mental health struggles. She has 2 daughters who drive her to become the best version of herself. She loves active roles and pretty much all outdoor activities. .

Marty Misener is the executive director at Open Arms Mission. He oversees the general operation of the organization as well as the long range strategic planning of it. He has lived in Welland for most of his life and this practical experience helps him to truly understand some of the dynamics surrounding food insecurity in this town.
Marty has worked in various ministry setting since 2008. These positions have equipped him for his current role at OAM and have given him the experience necessary for this role. His educational background is in business and in theology. He uses both this educational as well as practical experience as he leads open arms Mission.

Rosh Gill is the Ministry Campus Manager overseeing the property on Forks Road and running the furniture bank. He has spent years speaking in and doing outreaches at churches while also helping to encourage the broken and vulnerable. He and his wife are kept busy by raising and homeschooling their 3 daughters. In his spare time he also volunteers as a youth soccer coach and ministers to young offenders at a local detention centre. He loves being able to further serve our community through his work at Open Arms Mission.
Raised in Fonthill in a home where the importance of faith was demonstrated by two godly parents Stacy began to build her own life on the firm foundation of knowing God from a very young age.
Having now lived in Welland for over 20 years, she has seen the changes, both positive and negative that have made Welland what it is today.
Stacy began volunteering with Open Arms Mission, at the now closed Redeemed Goods, in 2017 as a way to keep busy while still having the flexibility needed as a single parent. As time went on Stacy began volunteering more days and for longer hours those days eventually leading to becoming employed as the manager of the store up until it's closure upon which she transferred over to the Mission Centre.
At the Mission Centre Stacy works as the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.
