This happens when our customer's value the product and service we provide more than they value their money... Motivation- in rent-to-own is the why we do what we do. Why do we come to work every day? What is it specifically we want to accomplish? Our core motivation should be linked to our vision, our mission, our purpose, our goals and objectives and strategies to attain them.
