The Continuum of Care is made up of public, private and nonprofit agencies and representative of homeless special population including youth, persons with mental illness, victims of domestic violence, veterans, persons with AIDS, LGBTQ communities, and persons with substance use disorders. Together with our community partners we work in concert to prevent and end homelessness.
