Mike is the middle son of Bob and Jane. Some think of Mike as the quiet one, but those who work with Mike know this isn't the case. Mike is very skilled at working with others to make sure things are done right with his "nuts and bolts" approach.

Tim is the oldest of Bob and Jane's three boys. He found himself riding along with dad as a child and soon grew-up to be an integral part of the business. Always being in the right spot, Tim developed into the business quickly from the mechanical, production, technology and marketing aspect.
