Alex has been working here since 2007 as one of our prominent project managers. Streaming from his educational background in mechanical engineering and CNC programming, Alex comes to us with the capability to design, modify, retrofit, install and troubleshoot the electrical control systems we deal with on a daily basis. Additionally, Alex's role of managing different department associates helps to declare that we meet construction schedules on the many different projects he is allocated. His resilient relationships and infrastructures he establishes with our clients, electricians, and contractors show his proprietary handle on business interactions. Alex's passion for building and construction is uncovered through his propensity for learning new purposes on the products, solutions and care we leave our clients with. Following through on projects long after completion is a great trait Alex values, he ensues to work with the same team of professionals on many other portfolio projects we cater here at TEC, making him a first name basis individual.
Alex joined TEC in 2013 originally as one of our UX/ UI designers in our graphics department. Alex utilized his creativity and knowledge of the BMS systems to bring projects to a a level of functionality that left our clients extremely impressed. He prides himself on his workflow and capability to understand and execute a project from start to finish. Always looking for a challenge and to expand his knowledge, Alex took on the position to be one of our project managers. He is proactively involved in speaking with each client to make sure all details are carefully listened to and taken into account so that when he begins, he has a greater understanding as to what the client specifically needs for that facility. His ability to translate that into and easy to navigate system, physically and visually showcases his firm knowledge of this industries solutions. We are confident in Alex's drive to continuously push the automation control logic and how we implement our integration practices throughout NYC.

Bernie's experience in engineering and project management helps him foresee all of TEC's purchasing needs. A degree in mathematics, as well as prior work as a project engineer for a major toy company, prepared him for the rigors of TEC. originally hired in 2001 as a project manager, Bernie has now moved into purchasing and logistics and is wholly responsible for material procurement, inventory control, and supervising of fabrication of the many control panels we supply in-house and send out. Bernie has established strong connections with our project managers so he can better understand their projects timeline and scheduling requirements. He takes initiative over our procurement process and project checklist to better coordinate deliveries and pick-ups throughout the different jobsites we deal with in the city. Aside from our project managers, Bernie takes it of the utmost importance to closely enable communication with our logistics members so that they too can adhere to comprehensive and fluid daily schedules.

For over ten years, Colin has been leading and developing an account focused service team compromised of project engineers and technicians. While developing appropriate strategies to meet clients' goals, he is also responsible for client liaison post project completion. Colin works meticulously with our clients and their staff to fully understand the perfect service contract they will require. Colin has the ability to setup independent service technicians to dedicated facilities were they are needed most. He bases his teams strengths and knowledge, and successfully matches them up to a client that he feels with benefit most from. His knowledge of products, integration, and HVAC machinery helps him determine which of our service technicians will best suit their project. His friendly approach and thorough follow-ups leave our clients with relief knowing they are in the best possible care.

Having core training through the U.S Navy as a mechanical engineer, Dave brings forth a disciplined working knowledge from project engineering to control technicians to wholly understanding the roles of a facilities systems manager. His carried over skills and knowledge set makes him a great asset to our company. Having worked here for over 15 years Dave has mastered the understanding of how to program Honeywell, SymmetrE, and care based controls systems. This being a major staple in our programming in different applications gives us the advantage to tailor the software for our clients' needs. In addition, Dave also understands the full working of a HVAC system for a plethora of different facilities. His portfolio ranges from high-end commercial buildings to mission critical developments that require special detail to carefully calibrated controls.
David originally started here at TEC Systems as one of our finest engineers. He helped implement great strategies and solutions to some of our most elite projects to date. As of 2014 David had taken the challenge to move into our service department, and help bring new results and efforts to some of the approaches we are currently allocating with our clients. David has the mechanical contracting experience, the hand-on training, and the methodical logic of how to perceive new ideas and changes to help our clients reap the full benefits from their BMS. David works closely with our clients and their staff to assist them in choosing the proper running conditions, maintenance and changes they need to make to keep their facility running more efficiently throughout the year.

From Account and Project Management, his ability to provide knowledge and instruction to all levels of a projects phases is truly remarkable. Enrique meets regularly with our clients to become familiar with their operating and facilities staff, to ensure our scope of work promotes the envisioned goals. During construction and internal meetings, Enrique provides leadership and specialized guidance support to the site, ensuring that accurate estimation, design, scheduling, installation, startup, commissioning, and training are within the layout of our commitment with the client.
After proudly serving in the United States Military in the Weaponry Department, Eric decided to use his expertise in Computer Science and field training to become a part of TEC Systems service team. With his extensive knowledge in the most complex machinery and troubleshooting techniques, Eric handles and organizes our high-profile projects with ease. Our clients know they can count on him to work diligently on issues that may arise, BMS workstation diagnostics and seasonal calibrations to the necessary equipment we integrate with for full control. His past military training has allowed him to recognize the importance of deadlines and hard work which are one of the many qualities we require of our employees. Eric sets an example of the type of work and quality we assure to our clients. There is no doubt that Eric is a valuable asset to TEC and we have complete faith in the quality of his work and help he is able to provide our clients across the board to their growing facilities.

Jennifer joined our growing project management team in hopes of assisting our team projects, with the thorough and well crafted knowledge she has obtained, through the field with hands-on service. From technical support programs, to extensive diagnostic repairs, and commissioning phases, Jennifer has had the ability to truly understand how the different automation components not only work in unison, but also integrate through the many layers, that make controls possible. With our growing portfolio on the rise, the BMS controls always bring out the new technological innovations we are looking to enhance with the best possible actions. With Jennifer's understanding of the different components through hardware and software, she is able to gage how calibrations and adjustments can be suited for optimal running conditions, as well as sustainable applications. We know our project teams can count on her, to not only provide scheduling, maintenance support and project organization, but also assist our team with any help or upgrades they may look to execute throughout the project.
