Bob Brown

Bob is a veteran of the United States Army where he served as an enlisted Military Policeman for almost twelve years. Bob was stationed both in the United States and overseas; and, he served in Operation Desert Storm. After receiving a disability discharge from military service, Bob used his veterans benefits to attend the University of Washington and Oklahoma City University School of Law. He now teaches law school part-time at Oklahoma City University as an adjunct professor. He is married and lives with his wife in Oklahoma City, OK. Bob devotes the majority of his time to the practice of Veterans Benefits Law. He is licensed to practice before the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all of Oklahoma's state trial courts. In addition, he is licensed to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Oklahoma. Bob is also accredited by the VA to practice Veterans Benefits Law; and, Bob is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He has a wide range of legal experience including: general civil litigation, surety law, personal injury and premises liability law (injuries, accidents and falls), employment law (discrimination and retaliatory discharge), insurance defense, medical malpractice, subrogation, collections and small claims. Bob has won at both the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals. He has also successfully represented clients in federal court, district court, workers' compensation court, probate court and family court. Also, Bob has earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Oklahoma City University School of Law, which certifies his ability to represent clients in arbitration, mediation and negotiation.

Mary M. Long

Mary M. Long began her association with the law and legal issues long before she became a lawyer. She served as a criminalist with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation for twenty-one years as a forensic biologist. She began in the forensic serology unit and was part of the team that instituted forensic DNA testing in the State of Oklahoma. At the time of her retirement from the OSBI in 2001, she was the supervisor and technical manager of the OSBI's forensic biology and DNA units. Mary has also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Central Oklahoma in the Master's of Forensic Science program. After retiring from the OSBI, Mary attended law school at Oklahoma City University and graduated with honors. She is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas. She has also been admitted to practice in federal court in the Western District of Oklahoma and in the Tribal Court of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. Her legal experience lies mostly in family law, criminal law and small claims and collections. In addition to practicing law, Mary serves as a forensic consultant and can assist attorneys and others in understanding forensic science applications, obtaining materials for discovery, reviewing casework and investigations, examining evidence, and preparing attorneys to examine or cross examine forensic experts.

Tommy D. Klepper

Tommy D. Klepper, Jr is an associate attorney at the law firm of Tommy Klepper & Associates, PLLC where he focuses his practice of law on assisting veteran's with their VA Disability claims before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) and the Board Veterans' Appeals. Tommy is licensed to practice law before the: CAVC; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; all U.S. District Courts in Oklahoma; and the Oklahoma Supreme Court. Tommy earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2012 from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. Prior to earing his J.D., in 2004 Tommy earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology/ Biomedical Sciences from the University of Oklahoma followed by 2007 earning his Masters of Public Health in Environmental Management from the Hudson College of Public Health at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) where he presently serves as adjunct faculty since 2013. Tommy has extensive experience in Higher Education where he served in various administrative roles specifically in: Student Affairs; Residence Life; and Student Conduct. When Tommy is not practicing law, he takes great joy in spending time with his wife, Samantha, and son, Ben, as they spend most weekends at USSSA little league baseball tournaments, AAU basketball tournaments, and youth league football games across the great state of Oklahoma.
