In 2011, he founded Tommy Partain, CPA, focusing on providing affordable solution-oriented consulting services and audits to small and medium sized financial institutions... As a Cavalry Scout in the US Army, he attained the rank of Sergeant. During his enlistment, Tommy worked with the best NCOs and officers the Army had to offer. Instead of harping on problems, he incorporates the skills he learned to encourage those he works with and to identify solutions.
