Our mission is to facilitate a community-wide collaboration so that funds can be raised and assistance provided to organizations involved in human service programs in Southington, Milldale, Marion & Plantsville. All money raised assists Southington residents only... The United Way of Southington is a 501 (c) (3) local non-profit organization managed by a very small staff and supported by a volunteer Board of Directors and hundreds of volunteers each year. By utilizing the time and talent of people from all walks of life, the United Way of Southington is able to invest in multiple agencies each year - providing general community wide services in the areas of Health, Education and Income that range from infants to the elderly.
