WENTWORTH BY THE SEA

Wentworth By The Sea is a unique residential community that includes 107 single-family and condominium homes nestled along the coastline of the island community of New Castle, New Hampshire. In addition to homes, the community's approximately 100 acres include the Wentworth By The Sea Hotel and Spa Resort and the Wentworth Marina, as well as open space for recreational use. The nearly 20 acres of open space include a pool, three tennis courts, and clubhouse facilities. The Marina has 170 boat slips, a fuel dock, and launch services to the several moorings in Little Harbor.
