In our collective decades of experience, we have first-hand experience dealing with complex situations that are often beyond the capability of a new volunteer board director. The Yonge Corridor Condominium Association (YCCA) is an association of condo corporations on and around Yonge Street in North York. Our member condos run from Highway 401 north to Steeles Avenue and from Greenview Ave./Beecroft Rd. on the west to Kenneth Ave. on the east. With over 100 existing condominium buildings and 30 new ones currently in various phases of planning and construction, our association represents over 10,000 residents in the highest density condominium centre in Canada... We strive to assist member corporations to improve the quality of life specifically of condominium dwellers in the area and enhance condominium..
