Completed his electrical apprenticeship in the mid-1990s with an electrical company on the Wirral and gained experience in Industrial, commercial, and domestic installation work. In his early 20's he achieved his City & Guild Electrical Test & Inspection qualification and became a member of the NICEIC and opened his own electrical contracting company. Andy then progressed his career and became an electrical contracting site manager and has completed several projects for the Intercontinental Hotel Group & Thomas Cook at sites around the UK including Hotel Indigo, Days Inn, Marco Pierre White, Hotel Express, & Hilton brands. In 2014 he opened Southwood Electrical Ltd and has built a customer base within the Northwest and carries out electrical installation & electrical inspection works for his clients new and old. As the director of Southwood Electrical Ltd Andy is the NICEIC Principal Duty Holder & Qualified Supervisor within the company, and he strives to ensure the company carries out all its services to the highest of standards.
