Khaled is a dedicated and focused real estate investment specialist who has acquired a wealth of experience in developing business opportunities and providing high-level, investment advice and services, globally. Khaled's expertise includes; developing new and existing relationships/clients, leading business development strategies, credit and financing and reporting and due diligence.
Prior to setting up Park Cap Invest, Khaled worked as a Relationship Manager at HSBC Private Bank in London and originally started his career as a marketing strategist in the luxury automotive industry with Ferrari SpA.
Khaled holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London, UK and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.
Since establishing Park Cap Invest in 2013, Khaled has delivered numerous business and investment solutions and has an established record of success - successfully securing over £220 million in completed transactions and obtaining credit/financing approval on projects and properties in excess of £120 million. Khaled has an inclusive management and leadership style and is an adept negotiator with a multi-dimensional approach to identifying and opening new business and investment opportunities.
